Primo isn’t really something you feel it’s a very light steroid unless you run it at like 1g a week but then it’s extremely extremely expensive. I’m mainly using it to help my test avoid ANY type of muscle loss during my cut. Primo is the best for that and improved hardening effect etc. It’s not going to do anything else for me.

Absolutely not because if goal was to add lean tissue there’s ton of better options in my book. I’d always use it around 500-600mg a week too because I’d have the vascularity,hardening effects, maybe a 2-3 lbs of lean tissue as a plus on tops of my muscle building compound. Personally I’ll ever only run primo on a cut though. If I wanted a primo like compound But on a lean bulk phase I’d add equipoise (EQ) it does about the same thing as primo but it does add a good amount of lean tissue.

Bb Squats are feeling great. I’m feeling way more control on the descent and I’m able to pause without losing balance now
