Does anyone know what the actual cause of gear like tren seriously screwing with my sleep is? I've dealt with it in the past but this time it is friggin almost unbearable. I'm trying to find some solid scientific info/theories on this if anyone has any ideas. I've tried melatonin and other natural sleep aids but nothin works. Please help before I start bonging nyquil!!!

melatonin and benadryl together works very well for me 1-2 benadryl 25mg and 2x 3mg melatonin and I sleep like a baby for at least 8 hours without waking. Just don't take the combo if you won't be able to stay down for at least 6 hours as the grogginess when you get up is hard to shake.

Actually I've tried both together with no effect. I'm lucky to get 3 hrs of solid sleep anymore.

I used to do that all the time. It does work like a charm but it got to be a bit of a habit for me...plus dietary discipline went straight to hell.

I'd look into supps to regulate bloop pressure instead, celery seed extract etc, as I "think" the culprit is probably BP related. I was having the smae problem until I started to dose celery seed before bed and a couple times a day.

Anecdotal but its all I got lol.

yeah - **** is that why i eat so much at night lol. but really i think it is safer than popping pills or chugging nyquil.

yeh, sleep is abitch while on cycle. my doctor usually prescribes ambien for short term and remeron for long term since is non addicting. you can sleep through anything while on remeron

at what levels while on cycle do you find you cant sleep?
I've used tren more times than I can count but won't go over 75mg/day. I'm using it along with 50mgs dbol /day and 1gmtest E/week. The other compounds never effect my sleep so i know it's the tren. Usually it's not that bad- this cycle though it's really gettin to be a bitch.

No ****! And eat like a horse too, big time app. stim for me, even worse that the mota

Try magnesium at night. It's a general depressant of the CNS. 1g of magnesium oxide helps alot and it's dirt cheap. Besides, athletes need mag anyway!

An elevated blood pressure may be part of the problem.
Or you might just be an insomniac like me. :(

Ahhh size. You say it like its a bad think. Who wants to sleep when life is right now! 3hr/night is all you really need !! Weeeee. OK , sleep deprivation adds up, but insomnia is the only way for some. People might think I'm a crazed lunatic all day, but we know better. right? I'm going to sleep now. The thorazine post-w/o milkshake just kicked in.

Really guys, try magnesium, it's a blood vessle protectant too... :hammer:

My blood pressure is OK- I think I will try taking magnesium before bed. If that doesn't work, I'll try a little bit of everything mentioned- pot, drinking, nyquil, roofies etc. (joking)

Magnesium, 5g glycine and 15g Taurine is very relaxing. Taurine interacts with glycine receptor alpha 2 and GABA(A) receptors. And if bloodpressure is an issue the Taurine may help lower it for a few hours because of increased NO output.

Anyone who hasn't try 6+g of taurine for a NO boost doesn't know what they are missing. Think viagra -> NO. ;)

magnesium is also great for people who have sugar cravings, seems to kill it.
are you sure man, cause i have some killer sugar cravings some times, need my mountain dew, kills my clean bulks.

you take it as a pill or powder?

my wiofe was nuts - would sometimes drink maple syrup for sugar.....anywho 1G of magnesium glycinate (500mg AM 500mg PM) did the trick for her.

I find that sitting in my car for about 15 minutes with the engine running and a garden hose running from the tailpipe to the inside of car works great. Just gotta install a timer on the ignition.

LOL

reducing the training volume and taking ambien helps. I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes though, kind of annoying.
