I have to decide whether to take 1, 2 or 3 cps together, to run the test.
I will start in fifth, I want to take 3 cps, what do you say?

12 hours, meal number 2, 80gr carbohydrates, 39gr proteins, 7gr fat.

4pm, meal number 3, fat 13gr (dried fruit).

6:10 pm, (fasting of course) I measure my blood sugar, 84 mg / dL.

At 6:11 pm, I take 3 cps of Follidrone2.

7.09 pm, (fasting of course) I measure my blood sugar, 78 mg / dL.

7:10 pm, meal number 4, 90gr carbohydrates, 90g protein, 35g fat.

At 7:53 pm, I finish eating meal number 4.

20:53 hours, 1 hour after eating, I measure glycemia, 121 mg / dL.

Test finished!
Predator VS Follidrone2
GDA properties, I think they both win in the end, maybe Predator is "faster" to lower blood sugar, it's the only quick comparison that can be noticed.

To you!

Thanks brother for the real world testing! FD2 showing just how versatile of a product it is!

Soo pretty much your tests shows how a normal person responds to a meal? (not using any supplements)

It could be, I do not exclude it!;)

bb333 Would you mind checking? You have a chance to prove yay or nay here on this one. Repeat the exact same meal and testing and let us know please. Would be a massive help.

I will do it this week ... between Saturday or Sunday ;)

I would personally...and have done things differently

I believe if the experiment "copied" the design of an oral glucose tolerance test we would get better data. We would see how the products effects blood sugar against a tried and tested standard used to measure insulin sensitivity and glucose partitioning(primarily for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes). We know what a normal response is and you can see where you fall without supplementation, then add it in.

Honestly, FD2 did not yeild results that would in anyway be different from a normal physiological response. This is why its important to first measure without supplementation, do not add other macro's other then a simple carbohydrate source, and to measure more frequently.

Predator's results in comparison to FD2 show a siginificant difference....but again you need to compare these values to a "standard".

This type if testing is awesome man. Thank you for doing this and for agreeing to test against the same meals without supplementation.

Having said that, good news! You have a pretty healthy glucose response and are not diabetic!

Bad news is, FD2 doesn't appear to have great GDA properties...although, if you don't have great glucose control when you retest without supplements, we could be wrong.

I promise you that I will do the test this week. Unfortunately, I'm away from home. See you guys next week!

Here is the test!
This time I did not use any supplement, nothing at all.
I ate the same amount of food, same time.
I am a precise type with the diet, so you can rest assured that I tried to repeat the test the same way as before.

Same meals, same amount, given a check to previous tests.

Last meal at 4pm.

18:00 hours, measurement 83 mg / dL

Measurement after 1 hour
19:00 hours, measurement 62 mg / dL

at 19:00 I had dinner

19:54 hours finished dinner

after 1 hour from dinner

20.54 pm, measurement 118 mg / dL

measurement after 2 hours from the end of the dinner

21:50 pm, measurement 99 mg / dL

I would say PERFECT! "Without supplements" it beats Follidrone 2 and Predator! to be noted (62mg / dL) after 3 hours of fasting since the last meal.

Thanks for this!!!! It is what I expected to see. Looks like you have some pretty good insulin sensitivity on your own. I bet something with Berberine and Gymnema Sylvestre in it would improve those numbers though. Like AP, Recompadrol, GlycoShield and the like. Berberine and Gymnema are the shiz!

I come from 1 year of IF 16/8, I improved my sensitivity to insulin, in fact now I can eat 600 / 700gr of carbohydrates per day (only days of workout) without gaining much of the abdomen.

AP is the only University tested GDA in healthy exercising males...
I actually enjoyed AP.
I had an old bottle, 90 capsules and I swear I felt much leaner.

I've seen it for sale $20 for 60 capsules and will probably buy again!
