Maybe with your self pride you could find a little class, I doubt it but it may be worth a try.....

Thanks for all the advice. I ended up grabbing the Metabolic Powder, Glycophase, and some RK 500's. I figured when I'm at dinner the rk 500's would be easier than the powder. Then when I get back to room, I could take a dose of MP.

It gets delivered today, so I will be able to experiment some before Vegas.

I plan on taking all Fall/Winter/Spring to diet and look forward to running AAv2 sometime soon as well.

You can take mp with glyco and rk pre meal. It won't be too much.

I'd do 2 scoops mp tho. The powder mixes pretty well
 
What do you guys think about taking GDAs before bed to boost GH release during intermittent fasting?

Anyone doing this to maximize the effects of IF?

I don't think it'll increase it nearly enough to make an impact on you physique at all

I think it's benefits come from ppara agonism and ppary antagonism which increase fat burning

So I think that's where you see the results you see taken pre bed
 
Heres another question concerning GDAs and IF, sorry...

Isn't it counterproductive to take GDAs with carb blocking abilities (like Recompadrol) when doing IF? I mean, you dont want anything being blocked after 16 hours of fasting, do you? After fasting you want ALL the nutrients/carbs being absorbed by your body, don't you?

Your not blocking all food. Most block disaccharide not monosaccharides which won't hurt post workout
