Whats the difference between Gat and Noxplode? Or do they have the same purpose?

NO Xplode = a pre-workout
Gat has a protein, pre-workout, test booster etc.. what product are you talking about?

I honestly would not use either, both are mediocre at best (pre-workout wise)
and would rather see you invest in a lower stim option like c4, volt, or psycho
if you are a stim junkie --> Katana, White Flood Reborn, Core Fury or Presurge by AEN

If you want to increase or volumize your pre-workout i would suggest something like High Volume or Hemavol (seems like you want a pump agent) both could be stacked with any of the pre-workouts above.

Gat Pre-workout IMO is horrible. Massive prop blend.

Ingredients to look for for endurance:

COP
L-Citrulline
(Or citrulline malate)

Beta Alanine but in bulk is usually best and it doesn't need to be used preworkout

High Volume is a good option

Effects were noticeable in my own experience, I keep some on hand for hypertrophy or higher rep routines

If your looking for vascularity then Hemavol is your best option...you can combine it with Conquer if you want stimulants

however out of Gat and BSN, I'd go with GAT, at least I see them sponsoring bodybuilding sites...even though I dont think I was a fan of their preworkout, but I know I wasn't a fan of NO Xplod

Citruline Malate + Cardio Igniter. This is what I use for P90X type workouts. The firs few times I used a full scoop of Citruline Malate my recovery time between exercise was significant.

Please don't purchase GAT I am still trying to give some scoops away as I am halfway through the tub, have finally found my proper dosage but dont really care for its full effect.
