It would honestly be perfect for that (especially for the price). With strength increases should come new muscle growth (if your nutrition is dialed in as well). And the recomp effects of Novedex XT are very noticeable as well.

Novedex would definitely help with a recomp and it's very possible that it could help with muscle gain.

Novedex XT has two suicide inhibitors (ATDHEA and 4,6-DHEA) along with a competitive inhibitor (3,5-Diene-Dione).
Starting to get some good feedback from Gaspari on bloodwork coming in!
