It's almost similar to why my deads are getting phucked up too, just trying to go too fast on the set as a whole because I'm hyped or whatever. Really need to start taking my time and perfecting the important details of the lifts and I think it will get me quite a ways as far as progression goes.

I hear ya - Since I'm lifting at home & don't have as much at my disposal, I've been keeping much better track of form & worrying less about moving up poundages - my workout log book at home & the mirror are definitely showing the results -

Sucks - when I'm working (where I do most of my surfing...desk jobs..lol) I can only see vids from 12-1pm while the firewall is down.....

I did 5/3/1 for a year adding over 100lbs to my total. Id make sure to do chins inbetween all bench and oh press sets. Dips, rows (kroc, bent over barbell, pendlay, ect). Face pulls, pullaparts, scarcrows and seated db cleans. Goodmornings, ghrs, hypers of all kinds, and heavy abs work. Have fun.

And you know what else, I hope this is going to work btw. I've decided to cycle my calories along with the routine. Going with about a 500 calorie deficit during deloads, gonna do -250 to -300 week 1, then 2,3 go with a +350 to +400. Gonna try to constantly increase strength while keeping getting leaner and bigger the trend. This will be my first cycle trying it, but if it works I'm all good.
 
I have always carb cycled according to my workloads. Protein never changes.
 
I think you will be happy. You need to give it some time to show it though, so be patient.

Ok that answers that then. I do standing 5/3/1 and then smoke them seated with the 5x10.
 
If you want to build solid overall strength that will transfer to other lifts you should. It will expose weak areas quickly.

Really good start to cycle 3. I've been cutting for the 8 days of deload and am at 184lbs. I feel leaner and strength is on point. Gonna go back up to a surplus for the work weeks. Proud to say I got my serratus back. I got a bit gassed for curls but all in all I'm very pleased with today's workout. Haven't taken condense for a week so it really had that kick today, and pumps were absolutely epic.

Thanks brother, glad to be back. Just been cutting, deloading, and watching football and stuff. Haven't really been that motivated for the last week just from lifting light and stressing about court next week.
