I've been between 184-187 in the mornings.

Very good, you won't have much to cut then. I have flirted with the idea of lifting in the 181s but can't bring myself to cut at this point. Yours isn't much. I need to grow into the 198s is all.

How long until the meet?

Worked up to my 2nd attempt squat last night for next weekend's meet. 465, it didn't go as fast as I would have liked, but depth was on point, and it's my heaviest squat since nationals. Really gonna have to fuel up and turn up the intensity if I want to get 479 on the 4th.

Due to some extenuating circumstances, I will not be competing this weekend at EPC. On the positive, I'm starting to hit stride in my training again after a pretty mediocre stretch, and battling a back strain, following nationals.

Had a deadlift workout that I didn't record last thursday, then took a long weekend off. Day 1 of my new The ALPHA Project bench training cycle is in the books. It went well. Looking to get that 300lb bench in December.

Squatting today in my new Unbreakable Gear knee sleeves, I ended up doing some rep work. 2,3,4,5,4,3,2 at 405lbs. Last set didn't make the video cause my camera got full. I definitely like the sleeves though, thinking I could get some pop out of one size smaller. The wrist wraps are extremely solid as well.
