These past six days been crazy with work. Right now Ostar just been getting better in the muscle hardness it's a great feeling, walking around and your biceps are just firm, mid section feeling great to.
Weight was because of diet and the amount of cals I eat I'm down about 5lbs over these 2 weeks. I was at maintenance at first but my goal has been to cut and cut hard. To give an idea of previous weight I used to be at 175lbs-185lbs back2 years ago, was strong and lean, with hard work it took a while for me the break into the 200lbs marked but I did it, then I continued to push myself weightlifting wise and food wise and broke into the 215lbs mark before I stopped, got to big at least to me. So I cut some of that weight I was hovering around 200lbs for a long time, but recently I'm slowing dropping in order to rebuild to 225 where I will stay at for good if not gain more.
Workouts been simple, lots of reps and cardio.
Energy, leaning out, v taper, hunger has been really good and overall is a great sign for me that Ostar is kicking in more and more.
