So I've been reading up on gabba a little and it seems to be pretty good stuff (helps sleep, lowers anxiety). Does it help at all with muscle growth? For all the gabba users, how is it dosed, what time of day? thanks guys
in fact, i get so relaxed i got kicked out of my bed room for snoring too much... so now i'm in the office and i bumped the dose and she can still hear me at night![]()
