I work a lot of nightshifts during a month and before each shift i would like to have a 'nap' of 1-3 hours. Which is my best option? I should feel well when i wake up and ready to go to work.

I did nigh****s for years and I would advise to take any sleeping product only if you plan to sleep at least 6 hours.
I tell you what I used to do. My shift was 8pm to 8am. I would wake up at 4pm, have breakfast, go to gym from 5pm to 6.30pm. Take bus and be at work at 7.45pm. Once the shift is over. I would arrive home at 9am, take 3-5mg melatonin and be in bed by 9.30-10am.

Hope this helps and give you a good example of what worked for me.

I wouldn't recommend anything for only 3 hours of sleep either.....to me a nap isn't necessarily something I plan for, they usually just happen when I finally sit down on the weekends....if I doze off I doze off and if I don't no big deal

Yep agree , both of those wouldnt be a good choice. Maybe look in to some calming teas or magnesium to get you to relax a little.

Thanks for the replies guys! I thought the same, just wanted some more thoughts.
I'll keep the supps and take them after work and when i have enough time for sleep.

Same minus the bus, and Id take them both. They work really well together for me.
