melatonin is produced naturally in the body,studies are studies,they dont always apply to everyday life and they arent allways 100 percent correct. Melatonin causes gyno is just silly.
Melatonin is cheap and effective, its not wonder material, but it will give a slight edge, more helpful the more you use it, it helps reset your sleep cycle,take it at the same time every night,0.5-1mg subliminally.
Gaba, the neurotransmitter is good for sleep, but gaba the supplement is pretty "inadequate".
Things that workout through gaba pathways but are better from promoting sleep would be alcohol,xanax,klonopin phenibut,maybe the ibe x-dream. Somidren GH from mst i hear is pretty good. Pretty much any gaba related compound is better than gaba itself, gaba does not cross the blood brain barrier.
