Anyone know the recommended dosage for GABA? Way too many sources on the Internet and I didn't pull anything up on a search here. Any first hand experiences? I've got 500, 1000mg servings for 10 bucks so figured why not try it. It relaxes me. It doesn't make me fall asleep, but it makes my sleep better. I'm just doing 1g doses at night. There was no dosing protocol on the container and from my understanding there's no set dosage. Any experiences/suggestions?
 
3-5 grams works well for me, also.
 
I usually take 1.5g on an empty stomach in the morning, and another 1.5g before bed. The studies show a moderate GH increase so I just take it fasting as one would take a peptide.
