Try those Mio flavored water things. I use walmarts generic version that has caffeine in it when I'm at work. Pretty good!

Ok so today was 5th day in a row and so I did an an workout which included core exercises and then finished with some triceps...

I'm starting to really notice my vascularity in my arms and forearms these days.
 
Ok so I've checked my weight at the same time the last 4 days..
It looks like I'm dropping day by day... Diet is same (feel like I'm eating more actually more appetite)
Look leaner in mid section...

My goal was to put weight on but if I am losing body fat and getting more lean mass I'm not complaining.

Anyone else get this??

I even started taking CEE and DAA with this stack...
 
Starting 3rd week today at three caps of both div 1 and titanium xl....

I look leaner, body weight stayed the same though. But I'm not really feeling the libido much.
I'm not more aggressive.

I did do a pr on squats yesterday of 365lbs for 4 reps. I feel strong but its like it's just hiding there it's not really a pronounced feeling at all
I don't feel different day to day. Energy has come back to normal it seems,mexcept for when I take pre workout.... ;)

Do you think I should up the dosage or stick it out for the long run this stack?
 
I didn't really feel a boost in libido from titanium/div1. I'd leave the dosing where its at.
 
Ok update for any who care lol

Starting 4th week today and this has been a recomp more than anything... But I'm happy with that.
I hurt my back last week doing deads... Bit off more than I could chew. So I've gone away more the strength and focusing on the hypertrophy reps.

Overall I have noticed I look leaner, but yet more solid than I did a month ago and I'm liking it. Vascularity Is better and size in arms has increased a little.

Not doing any cardio extra other than some tennis as I'm a coach. So I can say its the supps working as I haven't changed diet either

Bummer man! I'm about to get back into deadlifting and I did a little trial run last week to judge my weight. I threw 225 around like it was nothing and that was impressive to me since I haven't done that in two years. I felt like I could hit 315 for reps but I want to go more volume than anything. I hope you can come back and slam out some more numbers!
