Getting this stack tomorrow.

Titanium xl
Division 1
DAA

I've read a lot of other logs and i know how I'm gonna run it anyone got anything to add with this stack
From there experience?

Maybe take DAA pre work out instead of morning or at bedtime instead?
What best way people have found to work for em?

As this is my first stack I'm thinking of taking 1 titanium xl and 1 div 1 in the morning along with daa...
Then follow up with 1 cap each in the evening...

Come on guys there's a wealth of knowledge out there.. Help a brother out
 
As directed is pretty much the way to go. I experienced a lit using DAA preworkout so would be worth trying then. Experiment with the DAA in the 3 places you talked about. For me I found it best in the morning on off days and pre workout on workout days.
 
At one point I was doing DAA 3g morning and night. I dont see why you couldnt do morning and prs wo as long as you work out afternoon s..
 
There is 2 different dosing protocols I recommend, not sure if your aware but TitaniumXL is the new double sized bottles of Titanium. Now many requested a double sized bottle because many people were dosing 3 to 4 caps, instead of the regular 2 caps a day. Seemed like everyone was liking this new dosing, so we now bring everyone TitaniumXL, now you have the option to dose the high 4 caps a day and the bottle will last a month OR dose it 3 caps a day for a 6 week run, both dosing are very effective, many may try the 3 cap dosing when stacked with Division 1, so both bottles last 6 weeks.


TitaniumXL/Division 1~Dosing protocol 1

TitaniumXL- 2 caps, 2x a day, first dosing in the morning, second dosing in the evening(roughly 12 hours apart)

Division 1- 1 cap, 3x a day, 1 cap in the morning, 1 cap mid day and 1 cap in the evening.

TitaniumXL- 1 cap, 3x a day, 1 cap in the morning, 1 cap mid day or Pre-workout and 1 cap in the evening.

also you can use formula x; it contains daa, lclt, bcaa's and a few other goodies...make it an all athletix stack, maybe add an AI like licogenix

Awesome. Thanks for the info! I didn't realize this was a bigger bottle...
I did notice that if taken as directed I would have more div 1 but with a 6 week run now at 3 a day that looks good!

Oh I forgot to ask. Can I take all these products together or do I need to give a gap in between?
Also I'll be taking them with grapefruit juice, especially the DAA. I heard its a bit rough on taste
 
I would add in LCLT with that DAA or pick up some Formula-X.

Also I'd check out Licogenix, beta-tester feedback has been amazing and the logers are starting to look really good:)

If you plan on running it for 4 weeks I'd run the Division 1 at 4 caps a day to last 4 weeks instead of 40 days. Yes you can take the dosing together. LCLT is in TitaniumXL which helps the effects of it, but for optimal effects from LCLT TitaniumXL is best stacked with Formula-X. The DAA/LCLT combo is really good so I always recommend adding 2g of lclt if your going with just bulk DAA instead of Formula-X.
 
I'm planning on running it for 6 weeks at 3 a day of each, as this is my first natural stack.
I will have to grab that formula x next time I'm actually in Hungary and it took a while through customs plus they
Charged me what I paid for in products for taxes.... I'll order that when I'm back in Australia!

I personally like DAA preworkout the best. I used to take it upon waking but I notice the aggression when taking it preworkout and I like it. :)
 
Ok day 2 on this stack and its was 1st work out day.

hit the back up and felt good with nice endurance.
The biggest thing I can feel is post workouts feel a lot clearer in the mind , not as tired and worn out...

Pre work out I had animal rage but tweaked it a little with 3g cee and 2g of AAKG and half a serve of modern bcaas bulk.
During I had half a serve of bcaas and 10g chained reaction. (bland to say the least)
Post I had 30g chaind reaction with full serve of bulk bcaas ( ****ing worst after taste) lol but with a ratio like that I gotta deal with it.

Anyway all in all I like the feel I'm getting with the athletix stack + daa

Just taking 1 a meal each 3 times a day and DAA in the morning in grapefruit juice.

Oh you reckon this is enough for back.... As I'm not too tired..

Deads x 5 ( 60,80,110,130, 80)
Seated row x 4
Back ext x 3
Pulll ups x 3 (bw 10reps)

Now my issue is I can't get wide... Lats are lagging
 
Libido 7/10 - getting there though can feel it starting to work on my mind

Strength 7/10 - should see this improve soon maybe another week
(pulled 130kg for 3 but haven't dead lifted heavy in 4 months...)

Energy- 10/10 flying at the moment, feel like I could write a book. Lol

Motivation 10/10 calm mind but I feel ready to handle anything. Haven't felt this good in a while

To late took DAA pre with animal rage also added cee and AAKG a little bit of bcaas.. Errr that's all

Arms today 12 sets on bi's and 6 on tri's 8-12 rep range. Nice pump. Still need work on my bicep peak..
Finished with some incline an sit ups weighted.

Feel good and focused today. Looking forward to next week to see if things start changing more noticeably.
 
Got slight headaches today.. No changes except I feel more aggressive. Just a bit though not much. Libido is kicking in though.. That's the first thing I've noticed.

A splash of orange Gatorade or those new squirt bottles of juice flavouring...the ones that are like liquid crystal light...can't remember the brand name..orange works great to mask the sourness of DAA...just don't mix it with a choc protein shake like I did for weeks...I kept thinking the milk had spoiled or the powder was bad..turned out I'm just an idiot.

Rofl that sucks man... Nah I got the DAA down now I just found a way to mask the bulk modern bcaa's during and pre workout.. The answer was in the hungarian
Supermarket :) little sugar free packs of cherry, apple, peach, strawberry or raspberry... The taste is unfreakingbelievable and it masks anything!

I know this is a weird request but can you scan the wrapper or find it online? I'm getting ready to buy bulk aminos and I'm going to need something. I live in England so I can prob find them at the European markets around...

now back to the stack.

No changes yet. Except for during workouts but that may be cause I added cee, daa and AAKG to animal rage.

Watching closely.
 
DAA pre workout is the ****!

Anyhow it is still early to say here but starting to feel the effects in terms of libido. Energy and focus in gym and in general life is also high
Although that could be the added CEE pre workout and DAA. I feel good though with no sides so far.

Another thing is the aggression is starting to pick up to..

Chest workout was good today more energy than normal and finished with deep dips superset with pec flyers on machine.

I think you're thinking of MIO? I use the WalMart brand and its delicious. They make them w/ caffeine in them now. Helps me get through my nightshift.

When I first started my stack (about the same as yours, add Erase/Anabeta) I noticed some effects in Week 1. Nothing in Week 2+3. Then massive noticeable effects in my current 4th week. Dosed as labeled.

I like running Division 1 at 4 caps a day.

Stick with it for a few weeks, test boosters take a few weeks to start getting the good effects. Formula-X (DAA products) are the only test boosters I've used that give good effects on the first week.

Yeah I plan to stick it out. I know formula x looks great I just had bulk modern bcaas and daa so I mixed them together with pre workout animal rage. So I get the 8:1:1 ratio bcaas pre, during and post. But I might look to get it next stack. Thanks JD

Right on. And when I say Week 2+3 didn't see anything I don't mean nothing was happening. I just noticed more dramatic effects in week 4. I had people at work commenting on me and asking me what was up. Walked around with that "man I wish my shirt was off right now" feeling. So if you feel like they aren't working give them about a month. You'll see it/know it when it happens.

Haha sounds good. Well yeah ur right there is no dramatic effect as yet but I do feel energy is up and focus. Don't know what from but all is good.

Things will happen in very intricate and small ways. Look at yourself in the mirror. For me I noticed my AC in both arms have veins start to show through (referred to as the Invalid Link Removed), followed by some leaning/slimming of my sides and stomach. I started to notice the V-shape taking place that forms on the inside of the hips and travels towards the tip of the V as it approachs your junk. That was new for me. Pay attention to the small things. It's happening. I was also thirsty ALOT and hungry all the time (this is mostly due to Anabeta). I was pissing like crazy. And libido went UP UP UP.
 
Hmmm I don't think I'm that observant of myself, but in saying that I'm going to pay close attention to all I can from now on.

Oh and before I forget I did a PR on squats today at 150kg at 5 reps. Never got that rep count and not for a long while.. Feel strong. Did a total of 20 sets on legs and
They were hammered. Lol
 
sorry to lurk but not post but seems that you are really enjoying the stack! Great stuff man

not sure how much DAA you have but if after you run out it hasnt been longer than 4 weeks switch over to Intimidate and note the differences. We had some one who just did that and is loving it!

Thanks man I will.

Did shoulders and bi's today. Did 2 sets at 70kg on seated smith press for 5 reps which is pretty good as I did a 1rm of 80kg a little while back. Bi's are not my strong point but they got pumped today! Finished with a nice 40kg z bar curl for 6 reps. Really felt it on the spot.. It's a tough thing as my delts take over when a do chest or bi's so focusing on the good form and technique.

Libido is going strong
Strength is up
Energy is up
Focus is up
Pumps are up

Now all I need is scales to go up. Lol
 
Just a note on bulk modern bcaa's... All I do is add half a packet of sugar free fruit flavoured powder ( cherry is amazing) and voila.. Unbelievable flavour lol
Different flavour each day for only 40c per pack..... Just thought I'd share.
 
Just had a back workout. Started with 3 sets of pull ups of 10 bw only. Moved into bent over bb rows and deadlifts. Got deadlifts to 120kg for 4.. Not happy with it as
I have done more in the past but this is my 4th day training in a row.. Something I have never done as I always use we'd as rest day and the weekend, but I feel good energy wise on this stack. Finished with lat pulls and seated row for reps and some core.

One thing I can't get over is the focus I have throughout the day. I'm working out better I'm thinking clearer.

Pwo shake consists of 30g chained reaction 3g cee and 10g bulk modern bcaas....
Tastes like ass... I will have to try add some of this fruit flavouring to make it more bearable...

Any other suggestions? Lol
