Seriously! I hear and see amazing thing about r drol but the berberine scares me. I tried glycobol on two separate occasions and had to stop using it bc it gave me horrible stomach aches- i used another product w berberine and the same thing happened so I'm just about positive that was the ingredient that did it...

I guess everybody has different reaction to it ?
I have never had GI issues from the get go. Not even on mega dose during cheat meals last year.

Brother you need to look up my protocols on using berberine containing products. I can work with you on getting it to work for you no problem

Our berberine isn't from the plant which I feel some of the other constituents from the plants may play a role in that. Can also be due to your digestive track may need a little cleanse which of the bad Bacteria Ect which can be a reason why due to the anti microbial properties berberine has
 
Also what other supps were you taking at the time?

Slight spasms returned when back is twisted at certain angle.

By the way, absolutely no appetite. Forcing myself to eat.

Bird dog ( on hands and knees on floor lift left arm and right leg and hold then switch and when you get good make circles or squares at the same time to challenge your neuro system and strength )

Seriously takes about 10 min. And do a heavy stretching routing.
 
Also suggest thoracic rotation.
Cat camel is great to release the thoracic.

Thanks ! Had 1 spasm this morning after I woke up. Almost dropped to the ground but I caught myself. I think I stood up too fast. once I started to move around and my back warmed up, recovery from spasm was much faster. Regressed about 2 days. Overall its manageable. Back did not lock up so I am thankful for that.

Lower back felt decent enough in the morning. No major issues throughout the day until gym time where I over stressed it to a point that spasms started to come back. Will not stop workouts at this point as it is not as bad as it was earlier in the week.

No appetite all day. Lunch was OK, but after that it was tough to get the food down. Still hit my target and will not let this deter me from continuing at the current calorie level. I am sure body will adjust. I do not feel any bloat or do not feel uncomfortable. No GI issues.

Energy was little low at the start of workout, but built up as time passed. Had a good shoulder workout after a day off yesterday. Strength and endurance is still at good maintenance level. Back tightened up at the end of the workout so will add stretches to deal with it.

I feel and look leaner. Not tracking weight daily as I don't want it to influence me in anyway. Mirror checks until weekly weigh in.

Also, 3 AAV2 will be taken after first 2 meals so I do not miss getting 6 caps total per day.

1st off very killer workout update! 2nd don't let the back get you if it's sore rest it my brother. 3rd if you don't stop showing me your damn good looking foood I'm do a hulk smash so big that some how either you end up here in Bama or me where you are. Freaking stop the teasing!!! lol

Thanks Zach. I don't want to deviate too much from plan originally set or product label since I am already done almost 1 week of this treatment phase. If I make a major change now, then really there was no point for me to define study parameter in the beginning.

I will definitely consider it and experiment during personal use after this log is long over.

Looks like the study shows peak oxidation 50-100 min after dosing. I think I take AAV2 about 60 min prior to workout on most weekdays per my schedule anyway.

Day 2 - AAV2 taken 75 min prior to workout
Day 3 - AAV2 taken 30 min prior to workout
Day 4 - no workout
Day 5 - AAV2 taken 70 min prior to workout

So getting some benefits from the concept without defining it as a method of dosing.

Again, I need to go with defined parameters as stated in the beginning. Thats why I ran the run in period. There was an opportunity there to comment and make adjustments if needed.

Not trying to be difficult. Trying to make any information or data attained useful.

I cannot change dosing regimen mid-treatment when there isn't 100% control in these type of logs to begin with. Need to keep certain things consistent.

Even for outpatient dosing in clinical trials, you need to provide patient/subject with an appropriate window for dosing.

Thanks for the inputs though. I certainly will take that into account for use following this log.

Spent about an hour at home doing the stretches Zach and Chris recommended. It was nice to get a good stretch and my back was getting better, so the movement was not too restricted.

Felt slight pulls here and there and just 1 minor spasm from which I was able to recover easily.

Back was definitely ready for workout at night and I did not get any negative effects from working out. I think I am good to go now but will tread carefully for the next couple weeks and continue my stretches.

Had a nice arm workout with excellent pumps and finished off with a good cardio session and ton of sweating. I definitely can see signs of leaning out. Will assess tomorrow.

Just 1 food pic today. Went out to eat with coworkers for lunch so no lunch pics. I had a big salad with grilled chicken and 2 tablespoons of caesar dressing.

Appetite continues to be low and I am finally seeing some Thermo effects. Felt very warm in the morning at work.

Absolutely....hence lower weight for better feel and contraction. I replaced some exercises with something similar. Had a great pump !

I normally do not do dedicated arm work, but when you are getting the pump and contraction, it motivates you into wanting to do more.

I am definitely staying with this workout.

One week into it and here are few things that have been most noticeable. Appetite is non-existent at times and I think I could have easily lowered my calories to 2,000-2,200 if I wanted to. As many have said, that would incorporate too many other factors that would skew results. There is still 3 months to go before summer so drastic weight loss in 35 days is not necessary. At the end of this run, I also want to hang my hat on part of the results attained as attributable to supplements and bank it for future use.

Thermo effect is still not drastic at rest, but I have my moments. I felt the same way during the run last year. During cardio, it is pronounced however.

Haven't lost any strength yet and endurance is still on par with level when I started this log. Muscles are full all day and they consistently get a nice pump while lifting.

Bloating continues to be non-existent and pre-bed dosing of Vanillean and post workout dosing of Recompadrol/Agmatine/Forskolin seeming to be giving me a nice leaning effect as I have been waking up feeling lighter with better muscle shape.

As for the day, I worked chest and pushed legs out another day. (Precaution again due to lower back not because I feel something, but because I want to be smarter about this) felt strong lifting so tried a PR. FAILED at 325 lbs. I got it up 1/2 way then had to re-hook the weight. If I had a spotter, I might have had confidence to push through.
