Full Body Question

Hey guys- currently running a 3x week full body and making some good progress strengthwise, which is the main goal. I currently run it on a 3 week cycle, with the first week being "light" week where I do 3 x 8-10 reps, then a "medium" week at 4x5 and then a "heavy" week at 5x3, add weight and start over. I have 3 different workouts i hit each week. My question is would I be better off having a light/heavy/medium day each week and rotating which workout is heavy/light/medium every week instead of having entire heavy/light/medium weeks where all 3 workouts are either heavy/light/medium?
