Hey guys whats going on?!?! I am starting my first cycle and planning on running 1-Andro and Revolution Black as my PCT. I am not looking to blow up or anything just looking to add around 5-8 lbs of lean mass. My plan is to take 2 pills of 1-Andro in the morning and 2 more about 8 hours later. I also plan on taking 1 pill of revolution black while on cycle before bed and than 4 a day during PCT (2 in the morning 2 at night).
Some quick stats about myself:
5 foot 5
143 lbs
9% BF (roughly)
I plan on uping my calories to around 2,500 and than gradually increase them depending on how I am feeling and looking. I tend to have a slow metabolism (trying to train it...). Any thoughts or input is greatly appreciated! I also want to mention I have a very clean diet, not much cheating and have great overall control of my nurition. I mainly want to build blockier abs, and bigger chest, and rounder delts (doesn't everybody!) Title meant to say 1-Andro, typo!
Are my calories too low? What can i expect in regards to lean gains and adding fat?
