Free Test and the Hick ---Good combo? (Sponsored)

i have my personal theory....not just sex but an orgasm. it would be impossible, for me at least, to do this then go to the gym. i just want to sleep. depending on when you and (i hope..LOL) your wife are having sex, this could play an impact on your training IMO. as far as having an effect on the product Free Test, i dont see why it would
 
Had a friend bring up an interesting theory about my run on FreeTest. He asked how often I was having sex. At least once a day I said. He thought that maybe I was having a "test dump". He then went on to explain that this is the reason coaches tell athletes not to have sex before competitions so their test levels are higher. Like I said - interesting. Anybody else have any thoughts on this? I'm thinking that it probably doesn't have much effect but I could be wrong.

Actually my wrestling coaches in high school told me to do exactly the opposite! Have sex the night before a match was their recommendation. I can't tell you why but I can tell you that every aspect of my bouts improve.

Huh!? My wrestling coaches told us to stay away! Of course when I was training to be a sniper my mentor told me to never go out without having a release first. Keeps your mind on the task and not on the fur!
 
June 20 Day 19

DB preacher curls:

On the deads and shrugs, I would do the deads then on the last rep I would do the shrugs. Just the straight up shoulder to ear not full rotation. Felt pretty good but didn't go any heavier because I failed to take in enough water and my back was starting to cramp a little on me. Rather than have it go ahead and cramp up nice and tight, I ended my lifting for the night and just stretched for a longer time after wards. Went home and ate a banana and downed some more water. Sweat rather heavy today as the humidity was really high and it was around the mid 90's in the shop. Thought I was taking enough water but I guess I depleted more then I thought. Have to start going for 2-2 1/2 gals/day if this dang humidity stays high!

Despite the lack of water, my muscles are feeling really good. The soreness after hard lifts isn't there and I am able to push them more. Really wish I would have been able to take R1balla up on the 40% off offer and run another bottle of this because it seems like it is really starting to kick in for me now that the bottle is almost empty! Oh, by the way, I got an all black cap in my bottle! Does that mean I won something!? LOL! It did throw me for a loop at first (thought maybe it was another supp) till I started messing with it and found it was just another black end cap stuck on the green cap. Not sure if I will be able to get another lift session in on Thursday because I am heading up to Nebraska for work to put up a sun porch. Don't know when I will be home from that on Thursday night. I will still get one last lift in before I finish this log and post up final opinion.

I had a cap like that in my bottle as well. I just popped it and hoped it was just 2 black caps stuck together. I didn't die so I guess that was it :lmao:
 
Def won't be lifting tonight! Just left job site bout 30 minutes ago and still have a good 3 1/2 hrs before I get home. Want to try to work in some lifting tomorrow night but I don't remember if we already have plans or not! Sometimes she makes plans and doesn't tell me till that night! "Oh, by the way......."

Still no lifting tonight. Wound up watching my daughter for a little while and then getting a bunch of phone calls for a christian men's weekend in a couple weeks taken care of. Still have more calls to make but that can wait till morning. I'm sure that even though today was my last dose, the effects will still be able to be felt in tomorrow's lifts.
 
will you post a final review? im going to have all free test loggers post a final review either on their log thread so i can get with the appnut reps and decide who had the best log to win lit up

These are the numbers the machine says it is but I really don't put much faith in that! Feels lighter than what it says it is. I don't really like to do these because the foot plate is too narrow so my legs have to be close together. This tends to makes the boys very squished if you know what I mean!

These hurt more than usual tonight but was able to push through without any problems.

Overall, my mood has been better sense I started on Free Test. Libido was elevated for a while then slowly went back to normal. I did notice some gains in strength but this was later in the run and feel that I didn't truly do Free Test justice by only running one bottle. My muscles were really starting to respond to increased weight and recovery time was very negligible. From what I am seeing, I truly believe that anyone running this should do themselves a favor and get TWO bottles not just one! It really starts to kick in nicely around the end of week 2/ beginning of week 3. While I started to push harder and try to get lifts in faster and more explosive, I never felt any muscle fatigue or D.O.M.S. while on Free Test. While I didn't notice much in the way of body recomp/ fat loss, my legs did get bigger. Even my wife noticed this the other night! I wish I would have taken measurements before so I could compare! I guess I will know better next time!

My final review of this product would have to be probably an 7 out 10. I might have given it an 8 if not for the "break-in" period of having diarrhea for the first part of cycle. The score would also probably be higher if I had just broke down and bought the second bottle to run. Of course I cannot truly speak to that because that is beyond my knowledge/experience with this product. As far as dosage timing, I started out with the split dosage taking half in the morning and half 1 hour before lifting. Towards the end I changed to the full dosage in the morning and for me, this seemed to be more ideal as far as mood and muscle fullness throughout the day. It was not a pump fullness really but they just felt more ready to work. (If that makes sense). So long story short, would I use this product again? That would be a yes but only if I was able to run two bottles to see where that takes me.
