I though Jack was just the manager. I was still going there when he won. I remember him and Brian Sersky ( not sure of spelling) working out together. Those where some big boys.
i doubt you had much actually muscle atrophy occur. more than likely your strength will be back to normal with a week or 2First day back lifting today. My sickness must have caused some muscle atrophy, because strength loss is apparent. By apparent I mean I was only able to do less than half the amount of reps I can normally complete with the same weight. Also decided to do only half the volume(sets) I normally do. Coming back after a little over two weeks of being sick feels like I had not worked out in year.

Yup, you guessed it! It's time for ROUND TWO!!!!!!

To enter, post three pictures of your #1, #2, and #3 strong and shredded physiques (please rank them in order). You may only post one picture of each person so your entry will include a total of exactly three pictures They can be bodybuilders, shredded powerlifters or strongmen, or even no-name people from the internet with shredded bodies and ridiculous strength and/or size.
How do you win? Whichever pictures impress me most and also rank #1, #2, and #3 most accurately win!
TWO winners will be selected at the close of 10/9. You have just over two days to get your entries in so don't delay! GO!
