About to go there right NOW

I though Jack was just the manager. I was still going there when he won. I remember him and Brian Sersky ( not sure of spelling) working out together. Those where some big boys.

Starting my cut soon! So looking forward to round 2
Lets let casey get back in here first , he is making his way back from vacation so i hope hes having a blast.

First day back lifting today. My sickness must have caused some muscle atrophy, because strength loss is apparent. By apparent I mean I was only able to do less than half the amount of reps I can normally complete with the same weight. Also decided to do only half the volume(sets) I normally do. Coming back after a little over two weeks of being sick feels like I had not worked out in year.
i doubt you had much actually muscle atrophy occur. more than likely your strength will be back to normal with a week or 2

#1- Ronnie Coleman. THE most notoriously strong bber. And 8x mr. O to boot Invalid Link Removed #2- Stan Efferding. One of the few to seriously compete in both bbing and powerlifting. Invalid Link Removed #3- Marcus Ruhl. Possibly the strongest shoulders of all time. And a genetic freak.

Seeing a lot of shredded. Not a whole lot of strong....

Matt Kroczaleski is one of the greatest powerlifters to ever live. He epitomizes what it means to be strong. He now competes in bodybuilding, and there is no debating that this man knows how to get shredded.

Johnnie Jackson has repeatedly been deemed the world's strongest bodybuilder. I mean it makes sense; just go to google images and look at the appearance of this man's upper body. The size of his back and chest are unmatched by any in my opinion. He definitely comes in to his BB'ing contests pretty darn shredded too!

The frequent victor of the annual Crossfit Games, Rich Froning has undeniable strength. Sure, he may not compete in the WSTMC, but he still has incredible all-around strength, especially relative to his bodyweight. I challenge any other person to perform at the level he does, and see what happens! He definitely has a great physique too.

I know a lot in the industry and attend a lot of bodybuilding shows

Going to the NPC Natural PA this weekend.

Choose your actual top three, and that's the post that will be considered in the contest. You can't have 5 number ones. :p

Jealous! PA puts on so many shows...

I always wondered why the bodybuilders from back then had that type of look (1st pic)

And now you never see it. Ever. I know a lot has changed. But what specifically do you think could cause such a drastic difference in physique?

Mostly just thinking out loud. I am sure others have pondered this as well.

I know what you mean, drew. I had once read that Reeves' physique was considered the "epitome" of perfection. I'm sure some poetic license was used in that phrasing, but still, I'd like to get stout like that!
