I have just been getting into metal during my workouts, so these are very different for me but these joints are too tuff!
 
The "tomsize remix" of Twenty one pilots 'Stressed out' gets me wired and in a workout zone. ?
 
lol...believe it or not but for cardio and at work lately i've been listening to 70's and 80's disco/r&b and Michael Jackson/prince!!!

Michael and Prince are great for cardio. Super upbeat and fun to balance your soul dwindling away during cardio lol

Coheed and cambria is my jam for Cardio...
Some incredibly long songs, but Claudio has some great guitar work, plus its not as heavy.

things were more upbeat and less tense back then, and the music reflected it-a lot more 'feel good' to the music.

maybe we should just bombard isis camps with feel good 70's and 80's music, lol.
