free access to published articles

i just graduated and lost my access to journal articles. does anyone know how to get free access? is there some kind of society/group that gives proxy access to databases or do you have any other ideas?

From a clinical standpoint, try Examine.com.

Not necessarily a surplus of information, but very informative.
