Can anyone tell me how much Taurine Red Bull has in it? I have looked everywhere and I cannot find. I found a Rock Star which also has a 1000mg of Taurine but I cannot remember how much Caffine. It was cheaper than RB. Others I have found which were cheaper such as Amp had only like 300 mg of Taurine and 160 mg of Caffine.

Rockstar has a bad sweetner but I like it. Also has carnitine and a good dose of ginko biloba. The sweetner is no good for me though. This has fruit juice and stevia.redbull has 1000mg per 8.4 oz of taurine. It also has splenda in it..

I like the monster rehab energy drink its not that bad for you has black tea and lemonade in it. It's the only one ill drink
