Forum much slower

It seems with the current "upgrade" the forum is going much slower today. Especially now that it has to load all the avatars when you click on "what's new". I have it set so I don't see the avatars in posts and I like it that way. Also I set it so I don't have to see signatures, makes for faster browsing that way too. Please make any option so avatars don't show up in the post listings. It's enough I have to look at them in the notification area when I don't want to see them there either. So much slower this way.
 
It's not the avatars....
 
I do NOT like the new update :( much slower...and I am not getting notifications at all! Had to go manually to the posts to see someone had posted up!
 
i hope it doesnt stay like that lol thats the reason i stopped using bodybuilding, i need notifications or ill never check
 
If you don't like the upgrade, tough. Feel better or worse?
 
Should be back to normal for speed....
 
Nope..was the upgrading notifications and its flying now.

Make sure you clear your cache. If not, its your end, not ours.

Neither :) I have been known to be a being without feelings, so I do not know how to answer to this question.

On a side note: I do appreciate the consideration of always improving the site and always making it better, most likely this new update just needs a bit of tinkering for me to like it more in the speed-aspect :).
 
Not really an upgrade...the notifications was an upgrade but slowed down the forum. Tried to work around it but no luck so had to revert to older one.
