Formutech Nutrition Pre-Training Catalyst

On Monday I did legs and delts. I chugged volatile about 20 minutes before my WO. When I got to the gym I did the usual warm up. 10 minutes on the treadmill: 5 running and 5 uphill power walking. Broke a pretty good sweat by the time I got off. I headed over to the squat rack buttt they were all taken *curses* so I started with SLDL. I did three sets and broke my PR with 50lbs on each side which was exciting. I've broken my SLDL PR twice taking volatile! A squat rack opened up and I started off with a light set, increasing the weight every time through 4 sets of squats with 10 reps each. I was sweating balls by then. I went to the free weight room to superset my delt exercises. Like always, I did some exercises to warm up my rotator cuffs. Then I started with front delt raises supersetted with lateral delt raises. Then I supersetted 3 sets of Arnold presses with rear delt raises. I headed to the adduction and abduction machines and supersetted them, increasing my weight every set. I love the motivation I get from volatile, one of my many favorite aspects of taking volatile before my WOs. Then I did seated calf press for three sets and headed to the leg press machine. After that I supersetted leg extension and leg curls and finished with donkey kicks on the smith machine (a personal fave although I get some weird looks)
Loved the energy and focus like always with volatile. Can't wait for back and bis tomorrow!

Very nice update.
You are doing well with the log. Putting in some very good information.

Does glue huffing count?

Glue huffing doesn't count, but I heard if you eat it you will become stronger an bigger. It's more anabolic the testosterone, it is made out horse hooves right.

Keep working on those pr's. Each time I make a new one it re energizes me for a few weeks.

For a few weeks?( think..)
I'm happy for a day maybe, ha ha ha....
In all reality, I still walk out n think I could've done better....
;)

Thank you miss thing! Appreciate it :-)

So Madi, are you training for anything specific or just to be stronger and sexier than you were yesterday? :)

Like I said, this last week has been super hectic which is why I've been such a crappy logger :fool2: buttt I haven't made it to the gym since my last post which breaks my heart. I did however take hot yoga classes on my usual workout days just because they're shorter and I needed the extra time to study for my two tests this week agh. But I should be back on my grind shortly I promise :)

Not a problem!! Thanks for keeping me in the loop :)

Interesting way to describe that. Definitely made me laugh.

Any updates?

Sorry TheSwanks have had ****ty internet since being on spring break vacation. But I've finally gotten to work at my favorite home gym, World Gym which has been fantastic. Way better than my university's gym.
Here's my waaaay overdue update.

On Saturday I had back and biceps! I started drinking my Volatile about 15 minutes before heading to the gym and in the car ride there I could already feel my energy level increasing. I did 10 minutes on the stair master to warm up and broke out in a good sweat.

I headed into the free weights room and warmed up my rotator cuff with light weights. Then I started with deadlifts. I started with a light set and as my strength and energy began to increase I maxed out for 6 reps which was great-no straps. I supersetted that with bicep curls. After that I supersetted upright rows with lat pulldowns. At this point my focus started to increase a lot! The volatile definitely kicked in. After that I did hammer curls left the free weight room.

On the machines I started with lower back extension and then I did preacher curls. By this point I had a noticeable bicep pump which was awesome. I finished up with concentration curls on the cables.

I finished up with a quick ab routine. Some planks, side planks, and lower ab work! Had loads of energy all the way up until walking out the gym door. Loved it!

On Sunday I had legs and delts. Same routine-drank one scoop of Volatile in my water about 15 minutes before walking out the door to head to World Gym. I could feel the tingles spreading across my back in the car, love it! I started my warm up on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Light running and uphill power walking. I got off the treadmill and headed to the squat racks!

I warmed up my rotator cuff and got ready for some intense squats. My energy was high and I wanted to do at least 4 sets mixing them up. I started with a light set of squats just to warm up. I maxed out the second and third set, feeling super energized thanks to Volatile! My last set I did a light set of sumo squats.

After my squats I did 3 sets of Bulgarian squats on each leg. I was sweating like a sinner in church by this point but I still felt super motivated. I decided to blast my calves and did 3 sets of heavy seated calf raises. After those I did some front delt raises supersetted with Arnold presses. I decided to take a breather and sat down on the adduction machine and supersetted with the abduction machine. Then I did the leg extension machine supersetted with leg curls. I headed back to the free weights and did rear and side delt raises. I finished off with my favorite- donkey kicks on the smith machine!

Cooling down I did a few ab exercises with some planks! Volatile definitely helps me get through my heavy leg days with a lot of motivation and energy

I took Monday off and on Tuesday I had chest and tris which are by far my two least favorite muscle groups to work out at the gym. However, Volatile always gets me through that mindset and makes me super pumped. I drank it heading out the door to go to the gym.

I started feeling my energy increase while I warmed up on the treadmill. I put in some good tunes and ran the 10 minutes. Then I headed over to the flat bench and pyramided chest presses. I started feeling a good pump in my pecs! Then I did close-grip chest presses on the smith machine. After that I did incline bench press supersetted with overhead tricep presses with a dumbbell. I did 3 sets of flat bench flys and then decline chest presses. By this time I had an intense pec pump and was definitely feeling the energy. I did a superset of assisted tricep dips with tricep pull downs on the cables and finished up with tricep kick backs on the cables.

For my least favorite day at the gym Volatile definitely gives me the energy and focus to kill my workout

Nice updates Madi. Welcome back.

Hey madi welcome back!! Glad things are still going well!!

How are you making it on your goals

How are you making it on your goals

Doing well. With about two weeks off I was surprised at how little strength I lost. Pretty much exactly where I was before my mini hiatus so hopefully I can come back hard and start hitting these PRs. But I'm down 2% body fat so that's cool!

Nice. Good to see. Are you on a cut

Haha I was doing a bunch of hot yoga but it's pretty good. I don't usually eat very much ****ty food and I eat like 5 times a day

Lol I put on 2% bf every weekend and lose 2.5% bf by Friday. Works for me lol.

Yesterday I had donuts, cookies, pie, ice cream, and various other things. Haha

Why didn't you share then...

Next cheat come on by I'll get enough for us both. I've long dreamed of finding a beautiful fit girl to share in my gluttony. Lol

I take 2 weeks off and I look like I dropped 10lbs of muscle. I hold so much glycogen when I workout I stay very full.

2% bf is a good think while trying to get leaner and add muscle.

Haha perfect. Anything with cookie dough in it for me ;)

That's easy enough. How about a pint of b&j half baked, cookie dough oreos (they just came out), and a bunch of actual raw cookie dough?

YUM
