Formutech Flexible Joint Formula during my Epistane run

Just got my Joint Formula and will use it as instructed - 4 with breakfast and 4 with lunch for 30 days. This should be perfect timing as I am on Day 12 of a 6 week 36 mg/day epistane run. I'm hoping JF is like the Tin Man's Oil Can! Stay tuned.

I'm in for this run.

Looking at Formutech's Joint Formula ingredient profile this will be my next joint supp purchase. It has all the necessary ingredients at actual adequate doses.

I pm'd you. I don't know if it's PC to show a run with all the other brands.
I don't think it would matter cause you don't have any conflicting supps for the joint formula and the epi run isn't sponsored. It's always good to ask though.

This is what the cycle looks like:
On Cycle:
BEAST Epistane 36mg/day for 6 weeks
Stanozane 400 mg/day
Cycle Assist
Testobolin
Krill Oil
Ubiquitol
Joint Formula

PCT: 30days
Intimidate SRT
Reversitol V2
Tropinol XP

This is day 12 so it should start kicking in big time soon.

You're going to really enjoy the product :D I love it. Works very well, economical.

To give some perspective to my log, you should know I'm 60 yo. If Flexible eases my cycle joint discomfort and gives me some relief from my worn and torn pains, I will be dancing in the street! Two days in and watching for results.

They will come

Awesome descision. Epi dries you out anyway so this is a good combo. I am in and getting caught up.

look for the first signs of the effects around the 5-7 day mark

I'm on day 4 and my right shoulder is definitely less achy.

just the beginning! Wait til day 7 and then into the second week!

Had a great workout just now. Tested out my right knee with some presses and my right shoulder seems to be less achy!

How long have you had issues?

A good ten years with my shoulders. Left one was rebuilt after sports accident. Right was scoped and cleaned up a little. My right knee is new discomfort. Tweaked it playing tennis about 4 months ago and I have a lingering ache when turning on it. The joint soreness with epistane is new as well. I ran a cycle back in September. Hips and elbows were the main bother. I am paying close attention to the impact of Flexible on my variety of joint aches and pains.

Nice log so far

Good to know the age and variety of the issues

Day 10 - My right knee is doing better. My right shoulder is still pretty sore, but I travel and sleep on some pretty questionable hotel beds. My epistane joint soreness hasn't shown up during Week 4, so Flexible may be keeping that at bay.

Nice. A lot of people are interested in how it helps epi

Epistane is pretty popular for many productive reasons. I would live to see how Flexible assists a guy in his 30's who isn't as beat up as my 60 years finds me.

I'm 29 with a history of arthritis. I swear by it man, it makes a huge difference

I hope I'm still going hard at 60

It's also a change in approach. An older friend of mine shared this joke with me to illustrate the point: A young bull and a wizened older one stood a the top of hill looking down on the cows. The young one exclaimed, "Let's run down there a "do" one of those cows!". The older one replied, " Let''s walk down there and do them all.":yup:
