Tell me about it!!! I can't train right now, nothing, nadda!!!! Its driving he Effing CRAZY!!! Been setting PR's benching for the last month straight and then my got damm shoulder starts acting like a beeitch!!! I'm getting some deep bursa pain in my left shoulder so I'm forcing myself out this week! Suck!

That sucks I've delt with a shoulder injury and it sucks. But nothing has got more in the way then my lower back and knee has for almost a full year now, ugh just sucks!

Well the routine I'm trying to follow right now is...

3 weeks
Monday- Weights(Chest, Shoulders, Triceps), Cardio, Abs, Knee Therapy
Tuesday- Weights(Back, Lower back, Biceps, Forearms) A.M/ Boxing P.M
Wednesday- 5-6 mile run and 20min of weighted stair climbing
Thursday- 5k Run A.M/ Boxing P.M
Friday- Boxing, light grappling technique/ Conditioning(also lower back and knee therapy)
Saturday- Off
Sunday- Off day

Deload week
Monday- Off
Tuesday- Boxing/Conditioning(Push ups, pull ups, chin ups, etc)
Wednesday- Cardio
Thursday- Boxing/Conditioning
Friday- Boxing
Saturday- Off day
Sunday- Off day

I tried doing cardio saturdays, but I also have to do ice skating for security 3x a week which also kill my legs lol.

I tried jointforce before and didn't do anything for me, it doesn't contain glucosamine tho, pretty sure it doesn't. I just started topical glucosamine this week, also taking pill form.

man... how do you do all that w/o dying? lol. And how do you find the time O_O!!!? lol

I was training much harder before these injuries lol. aha, I gotta make time, I don't always get a lot of sleep tho.

Day by day it just keeps getting better........NOT:@:@:@:@

I try to do everything I can to pay these damn bills and just keep getting hit, car bills, now cat bills putting me more into debt. The vet says $210 for the cat to get fixed, bring her in this morning, hour later vet calls back and says we have to give her an X-ray and this and that, now the total is $450......WTF. They are just as bad as the autoshop down here. **** lol

To top my day off I had to get up at 6am for these guys to fix my shower and bathroom, which is prob going to take all day to fix, I'm pretty sure I've breathed in too much glue, I think I may have to stop by the rents and hang out there for a bit before I throw up from the smell lol.

The only positive thing today is my very yummy Ice cap :lol:

I'm so broke, if anyone wants to buy any TitaniumXL or Division 1 send me a PM!

To top it all off, I broke out into a bunch of bumps like a rash type thing, 2 days ago now, I honestly thought it was from the Anabolic Ignite Niacin flush, but it's not, it's breaking out more, so I went to the walk in clinic an hour ago, they said I have some sort of infection spreading I prob caught it at the gym or mma gym :( Makes sense why I've had such ****y workouts the last 3 days and felt like I had no energy:(

This is what I have, it's almost as bad as the one the guy has in the picture:( This makes so much sense what I just havn't felt myself this week, it started off with 1 big spot, then 2 days ago spreaded like crazy, now even more today, to the point I had to go to the Doctors.

I had to sell my damn Xbox today just to pay for the damn cream and some extra cash to go to the vet bill :(......Yup this blows lol

I got two kids and been married 12 years. It's tough with the economy the U.S. is in. I make good money but my wife works at a day care barley making anything. JD get some rest and heal up bro. I'll be keeping you in my prayers.

The BS continues... the new security company that took over put my pay in my bank on hold, was on the phone for an hour trying to figure this out with the banker, so now I don't get to use the money until the 4th, now I'm going to be late on rent because of this stupid company. Also I'm missing 2.5 hours on my pay, talked to the supervisor and he is telling me there is nothing he can do it's too late to fix it now......Im so sick of dealing with all this BS. On top of that the doctor didn't give me enough infection cream stuff lmao, now I have to go back tomorrow and waste another 4 hours waiting......:( I've felt so stressed and have been working so much, I think I'm getting a cold, my body is breaking down lol, but the doctor told me I may get sick with this stuff because it's attacking my body.....Time to get the winners of the Athletix Girls contest going :lol:
 
Well everything is better now lol.

Done all the supplements for a week now, will put up a review later. This week I pretty much just did weights, will get back to my normal routine Wednesday. Switching it up a little tho, going to really focus on getting my injuries better and just gonna put on the size now, I've been eating a lot lately lol, weights 184lbs in the morning now. Gonna stick to the staples for the next month before I run anything, I may make a workout log just to track everything.

Rest up and let those injuries heal before you put on some more size, just my 0.2$ :) I did the mistake of adding mass while my knee and back was injured and I ended up paying for it with a long a$$ waiting period for them injuries to heal properly :(

ugh my knee is just bumbing me out how sore it is, I tried some light leg presses, got sick pumps in my legs, knee was a bit sore doing it, but fought through it, next day kills to walk.........Im gonna keep workin on it.

O man bulking all the way aha, I can't stop it now lol. I am loving the food! I just have to keep cardio up.

And glad to hear you will keep cardio up, I made the mistake of not doing that and well - you know what happens with all the extra flab :lol:
 
lol I need to even start cardio I mean lots of it lol. It's tough on me cause I can do sprints but long distance I suck at.

Workout tonight was killer, I put my app in for Vidatest, so I may have another log up in 3 weeks if I get picked, if not I'll start another log up and stack....in 6 weeksish.

Today was my first day with Revamp, I've been caffeine free for 12 days now, I really didn't expect to feel anything the first day, but I realy did notice more energy through out the day and my workout on the first dose, so far so good:)

This is a new record for me, I've been on caffeine pretty much every day for the last 4-5 years, many times twice a day, caffeine pretty much stopped giving me benefits. So I'll give it at least 6 weeks no caffeine before I jump on it next. I think I'm gonna give Craze a try next for pre-workouts.

My revamp came in few days ago. I am trying to figure out when to start it up. I just wish I could find something for acid reflux lol. No matter what otc I try, even when eating small portion meals, I bloat and belch hours after a meal. I think I may have an ulcer.

Hey brotha! It's going pretty good. I went all out bulking lol. But I find it's helping with my knee and back injury, im making the biggest improvements on my injuries this month, then I have the last 9 months. My back was too weak to deadlift the 45 pound bar a few months ago, now im able to get 115lbs for 10 reps. Going for 125lbs Friday, Im gonna try to bring it up 10 pounds every week, don't want to rush it more then that. With squats my knee took 10 sets for 10 reps of bodyweight last week, which was huge considering I wasn't able to do 5 in a row without it wanting to pop lol. So things are looking up, im trying to focus on size and strength right now with a little boxing on the side, Im gonna start doing light grappling again once I hit 135lbs for 10 reps on the deadlifts.

My weights up to around 192lbs now, I put on some nice size on good old fashion eating:) Also cut back the caffeine to once a week. Upper body strength is going up nicely, and putting on muscle fast, my body loves lots of food!

On a ****ty note I got strep throat again, seems like I get it every 3-6 months, doctor keeps telling me to get my tonsils removed, but seems like your out of training for 2-3 weeks after surgery so I figured screw that im on a good roll healing up and putting on size/strength:) I'll be good to strength again Friday, I'll put in a good Leg workout in the morning and back/biceps at night:D


I have a killer stack lined up, I'll start it once I beat all my PR's and when I can squat at least around 225 for 12 again. I have faith I'll beat all my PR's when Im weighing around 210lbs, im goin up fast hopefully in another 2 months ill get there:)

ahhhhhhhhh I hate my boss, last week he canceld my **** 15min before it started, I called him just now 6 hours before my 2 hour skating shift and he makes it a big deal then hangs up on me. This dink ripped me off 2.5 hours too a few weeks ago, i've been making it a big deal because I don't work for free. ugh im gonna snap when I see him, not too sure how long I'll be working for this goof. Rant over. lol

I'm thinking of starting a thread where people can make requests on what my wife should make next in the snow lol. She is pretty good at making stuff in the snow quick and it could be fun and just really funny lol. If anyone would be interested in this let me know lol

Food has been fun, weight is going up quick, 194.2lbs this morning, I think I'll be around 205-210lbs when I start my next log, not starting it until I beat my PR's, my lifts have been going up fast:) I can't wait :D

Well just wanted to give a little update.

Im still bulking, going all out for the next 4-5 months before I start for a recomp. My weight this morning was 207lbs so I got up there pretty quick, im very close to all my PR's, I should be able to match them in with in 3 weeks. My back and knee is still getting in the way of grappling and kickboxing, so i've just been sticking to weights 3 times a week and boxing once a week. Im seeing some progress with the injuries, it's just taking it's sweet ass time lol. I have to do a lot of security skating for the next 2 weeks so it's gonna kinda screw up my light leg workouts, but hopefully I can keep pushing forward after all these free skates are over lol.

My goal is to be up and running with my knee and back by mid March. If all goes well then I got a hell of a stack coming up :D 7 weeker of AndromassV3, AndrohardV3, Transderm and Alpha Mass :D
