Tomorrow I'm going to do Arms and Cardio, may do boxing at night, not really sure.... tomorrow is gonna be crazy because that security company is going to call me and tell me to meet them at the complex and I don't know when there going to call, hopefully not in the middle of my damn workout because that will suck! I also have to drop my stuff off at the other security place.....ugh such horse**** lol.

I know my last log I got strep throat the first week, it's cold in Canada, we get sick more often lol.

Thankfully I was more sick on my days off, I'm feeling 100% again, I'll be doing an arm workout soon, today has been all over the place, I have bring my cats to the vet soon, then between 5-6 I have to drop my security stuff off. That other security company hasn't called me yet, I'm just kinda waiting..... I thought they would have called by now:(
 
Bro you get me a plane ticket and I'll fly their you come down here and take my job lol. I want to move so bad to the cold!! I live in Alabama where we are still getting the high 80's!! However when winter hits we can drop down to the teens and I'll still wear shorts and t-shirt every where I go. I'm feeling great now, yeterdays workout felt good, nose is still a little stuffy but I feel 100%, I was super busy today so only was able to get a 1 hour arm workout in, but next week I'll be kicking it hard!

Crappy day, got no call from that other security company ARHHH!!! and was told the security company I work for has no hours to give out now since they took our 2 big contracts in the city, so that blows.
Arm workout was pretty good, just did it at home, I went really fast so I could go drop off my keys to the complex at the security office. Arm strength felt pretty good, I'm looking forward to see where my curls are at next week. Tomorrow will be a damn good training day :@

doesn't make any difference, max....that is just how it effects me, good news is that it is anabolic as hell for me-strength goes up and i gain weight like on a ph!!!

Today just didn't go as planned, I went the the mma gym at night and it was closed, no sure why but it sucked!, so I went to the gym because they had a nice big heavy bag, there was only an hour left before the gym was closed, so I hit the bag for about 30 min, did a few sets of reverse sled drag for my knee, plus did some back extensions and hyper extensions. My damn chest is sore, killed to hit the bag today.

Tomorrow I'm trying out the damn weighted stair climbing!.......I just have to find a building with a lot of stairs lmao, the complex has 4 floors...I have no idea where else I can do this, I may just end up going to one of the gym down here that has a stair climbing machine if I can find anywhere.


So I spoke to this powerlifter at the gym Im at, it's more of a hardcore powerlifting gym, no treadmils, lots of free weights, power station, big tires, sledge hammers, sleds, etc. Anyways I had him look at my diet and he switched it up big time lol, I'll be eating things I've never even tried before, like turkey bacon lol. So I'll be starting this new diet Monday, I will also start doing sessions with him starting Tuesday, I'll be doing push days with him once a week, since he is a bench master(over 600) aha.

I tried going all out for that cardio session today, my legs were dead sore from the reverse sled drag yesterday, same with my knee, call me dorky but saw a stupid motivational youtube video(will post up upon request..) and got really pumped up to push myself lol.

I loved the weighted stair climbing, wow, just loved it! I did it after my legs were already dead from the run, but next time I give this a try I'm going to start with it, I'm looking forward to it :)

I did the cardio today at the complex I "worked" at, so when I put 6mph, 8 and 9, I'm guesstimating because 6 laps = 1 mile and I did a total of 30 laps at the end, I think I timed everything almost dead perfect tho, I've done this routine a lot on the treadmil so I think I did good with doing the same thing on an indoor track, very hard floors!

I talked to the new security guy there and they switched security companies because we lost the contract right, there was 4 of working all the shifts, they replaced us for 1 guy who lives 5 hours from here and he will be doing over 80 hours a week....WTF, I don't see this guy doing it, he was pretty old and out of shape and he has to do a ton of walking and kicking kids out, etc. I got his bosses phone number, so hopefully this is the guy to speak to, because they havn't called me back, which is retarded since they called me first asking if I wanted my shifts still lol. This guy doesn't even want to work at the place, he wasn't trained or anything, the building is huge, he has about 30 keys to doors LOL, he was telling me how frustrating all this is and he wants me to get my weekend shifts back, so hopefully I can get ahold of this guy tomorrow.

Tomorrow just resting up, I may take Monday off as well.

Thanks gwls, ugh I just got off the phone with the new company there 5 hours away from here, they called me last Thursday asking if I want my shifts still, I said yes, he told me he will contact me tomorrow and I can go meet him at the complex, I never got a phone call back, so I called them, someone answered, took my name and number, I never got a call back. So I called them again yesterday and he said call back again tomorrow the guy should be in, SO, I called again today was told he will be in by 5, so just got off the phone with him, he told me they may hire on the 2 other guys that worked there before and he isn't sure if he will need another, he will call me next week.....such bull****, I have no idea why they would hire back the 2 old people at the complex, there both like 70ish and worked there for 3 months I've been there for over a year.

ugh hopefully I hear back from them, I'll be looking for something else tho for now.

Foam rolling is new for me, I hope it helps out, my back isn't as pissed off today, but just incase I skipped boxing tonight and just did a cardio workout to play it safe.

My legs feel so burnt tho right now wow, I did a 5 mile run, 10min on the bike, 10min of weighted stair climbing and 8 sets of hanging leg raises.....legs are sooooo sore lol. Not sure why they are so much more sore then Saturdays 5 mile and 15min of weighted stair climbing..... but my cardio felt much better today.

Strapped on the 5lbs ankle weights on each side=10lbs

Day 18 Thoughts
ehh lookin bloated and more puffy, I just can't get away with any cheat meals, with yesterdays pizza and today perogies and apple jacks...damn lol.
Cardio went great tho, my knees were hurting a lot during the run, but my endurance felt amazing, the 5 miles felt so easy today, I like doing the interval training because it doesn't make running as boring, but I'm gonna switch it up and try to do a fast pace 5k my next cardio workout and weighted stair climbing 7 flight sprints.
I'm gonna get a nice boxing session in the morning.
 
Good workouts JD, I do a lot of foam rolling, also you can use a lacrosse ball to great effect for trigger points... And I use a yantra mat every night which is great for the back and relaxation

eh I've felt pretty disappointed in myself, I was training so much harder when my back was not injured, it's really got in the way in the last 10 months not being able to do legs and grappling, I'm gonna keep working on my lower back and pray it gets stronger, it's got in the way a bit this week:(

I'm really going to have to try more foam rolling it felt really good on the back.
 
ugh I have to replace a shift at 630am :( Looks like I'm doin a 17 hour......Im gonna go try and get some sleep now :lol:
 
Dang mang I don't know how you can work that long and do the training you do!! Your insane. BTW How is Yoked working for you? I heard it's over rated but also heard it's good.

Well the dosing isn't a high nitrate dosing, I'll have to try 5 caps next workout.
 
I see you are sticking to 1 cap Erase. That is good. 3 and 2 caps is what made my knees and lower back ache. That stuff is powerful :yikes:
Now that I stopped taking it everything is returning to normal and I can go squat again :)

No I've been taking 2-3 caps a day, mostly stcking to 2 caps a day, but I'll be out in another 3-4 days, same with Anabeta. My back has been a pain in the ass this week, it was getting stronger then all of a sudden acting up. Then on 4 hours sleep I did a 17 hour shift, then 3 hours sleep and did another 16 hour shift, I have to do so much walking and my back is killin today. I'm skipping boxing tomorrow and just doing a push day workout.

But yeah the Erase does make the joints sore at 3 caps, when I get off this stack I'll be dosing some SuperCissus and other joint products.

Crap I missed that regarding the dosing :D Well my body couldn't handle 3 caps, barely 2 and since it already took a beating from the weeks dosing like that, dropping to 1 cap didn't help to rid the achy knees and lower back so I had to drop it completely.

Sticking with max 1 cap Erase from now on :p That stuff is powerful!

Yeah it is very strong, Im going down to 1 cap today, I got 4 caps left. + the I3C in TitaniumXL keeps me dry so when I combine the 2 I don't need to go up to 3 caps with Erase, my knee and back already hurt but I have noticed my left shoulder feels very stiff.



ok time for TMI lol, wow I took 2 caps of TitaniumXL with 4 caps of Powerful last night, went to sleep for like 20min and woke up with the biggest libido boost ever LOL, wife was like WTF IS THIS, midnight rape lol. TitaniumXL/Powerfull combo =Great lol
