hey guys i received my formex from np.com and it did not have any cellophane wrapping around the cap and it contained 63 pills... half of the pills were not completely capped(sliding apart). do i have anything to worry about?
 
Contact IBE and I'm sure they'll help you out. I couldn't give you a solid opinion w/o actually seeing the pills, wish I could help you out more.
 
First - contact Nutra. (Steveoph or regular CS)
Secondly - contact an IBE Rep
Third - do not take anything that was not safely sealed.
 
I had the same exact issue, no plastic covering or seal on the cap...i had to travel overseas and did not care to count the caps and started taking them when i was abroad, everything seems fine, although i have only used the CEL trans Formex before, i purchased them from another site, not nutra, so seems like the discrepancy is from the manufactures end perhaps?

Indeed; however, the place that it was purchased from would be the one to credit someone for their compensation, then Nutra would contact IBE for their reimbursement.
So Nutra would be the first place to contact (since it was purchased there).
