How is it treating you so far?
i should keep my yap shut until i get a handle on things. i have the labcorp app, so ill know as soon as my pre bloodwork comes in and so far nothing. some backround though, in october i got a bloodtest that had me at around 454 total test on a scale of 250-920. shbg was 58 on a scale of 16-55. prolactin was 20 on a scale of 4-23, free test was 4.3 on a scale of 6.8-21.5. since then i started alot of test boosters and tested for the outcome on 12.12.24, the bloods im waiting for. those supplements include:
activate extreme 3 caps
optimize-t
600-1200mg of gg gold
15-20mg dhea
letrone 1 cap
splilanthes xt 500mg x2
tongkat ali xt or biotest omega man
zinc, p5p, dlphenylalanine l-dopa
i felt like some on the list did me some good, but im not entirely optimistic about the outcome as im fairly certain the issue stems from a lack of sleep due to a work commitment. im very alert and energetic due to an awesome non-stim energy stack, but my workouts have been fairly difficult adn i had started using 200mg caffeine on workout days for the first time in 25 years or so of lifting,
given the backround, it sounds reasonable to assume that a guy like me could either thrive with formeron if i can get a jump in test beyond a certain threshold, or i could flounder in lackluster results due to a lower starting point.
ive only been on formeron since 12.12.24, which is too soon to judge for benefits, but the dhea hit me on the first dose. my dhea from previous bloodwork had me at like a 4 on a 3-30 point scale. when i take it i feel energized all day at 15-20mg. if i double that, my joints and skin benefits, but i get tired, bloated, insanely hungry, and it affects my boners. i wound say formeron has at least double the amount that im normally comfortable with. if my free test was 3x what it is now in the normal range like plenty of other people, i may have a very different experience with the dhea. who knows, but i wasnt properly prepared starting out and resorted to enclomiphine to get the estrogen sides under control. this worked very well, but alitte additional anti-estrogen activity was needed and exemestane worked perfectly to address that. if i went too far, i could take more foremeron. the problem is that, while the enclomiphine has the dhea locked down, it is also probably preventing the formeron from reaching an estrogen receptor. the counter argument to that is that i do need alittle anti-estrogen support on top of the enclomiphine, so there do seem to be additional estrogen recepters to go around. anyway, i started with only the exemestane today and it is still doing a good job getting the estrogen away from my junk. my muscles feel fairly soft though; not really sure if that is a benefit of having more moisture from the increased estrogen or if it's an indication of muscle waisting, which im paranoid about. i would like to be able to predictably take a certain amount of exemestane to acheive the desired result, but it's day one of that and the path isnt clear yet. honestly though, my energy was great after a few days of formeron with the enclomiphine. ive saw a clinic using pregnenolone as a substrate with enclomiphine to increase test, and doing so with dhea may be a great idea. it's also something id like to test for. my feeling is that if i cant get comfortable using formeron the way it's supposed to be used WITHOUT a serm, im just going to make the experiment about testing for the clomiphine/dhea combo, which i know would such since the novel ingredients are what really excite me too. but hey, if the dhea is going to steal the show under my circumstances, it is what it is. i scheduled the followup blood work for two months from now, so i have some room to make mistakes and play around; when i talk to my doctor about the last panel and she realizes that all the work i want is through labcorp, im going to request she just send me what i would hand them and i can take the test at the best time.
so the recap so far is that ive only been on it for about 10 days, and several of those days i was on enclomiphine which may further delay results
i had to drop the 300-500 extra peanut calories as i was getting really fat. my six pack came back after two days thanks to all the forskolin i take. the estrogen was out of control when i got fat so it may have been possible to keep eating like that if i had a lock on things. kept the extra protein powder and only do the extra peanuts twice a week. next workout is sunday
