Welcome aboard LiveLong! I just put in an order of FORM and it is my first topical formestane product. The Nutraplanet price was incredible.

I'm planning on using it twice a day at the moment, morning and then before bed. Does this sound like a good plan? Any other information or advice you could offer would be great. It works best after a shower, correct?
 
Whats up Agent, twice a day will work fine. See how that goes for a week and asses dosage. After shower is mostly advised for loosening the skin and pores up. You should be good on this. It is less of a liquid and more of a lotion, which is awesome. Let us know how it goes!

I haven't used LiveLong's FORM but I've tried it from another brand... What you'll be running it with?

I found that 75mg of transdermal formestane daily (that's 3 pumps of LiveLong's FORM) was enough for a relatively mild cycle of injectable testosterone and oral steroids. When I was running test higher and took Dianabol too, 150mg daily was great and it actually made my gyno from puberty disappear!

Formestane is hands down best aromatase inhibitor available over the counter... And usually better than research grade AI's like Aromasin because you always know what you got if you buy Formestane - that's not the case with shady research companies and UGL's.

I am just running it solo my man. Been on for about 4 days so far.
