Deload week :( couldn't kill it and had to rush and get out early, yesterday and today have been sh*tty days at work bro.

The way these past 2 exercises were done was in a continuos fashion. I would to 135x5 jerks , set the bar, take some 10-15 deep breaths and then grab the bar again for 135x5 front squats. The Jerks were done in a explosive fast fashion , and the front squats were all the way to the ground "sitting" on my calves. Powerlifter bro at the gym is helping me build up my explosiveness and power for Jerk, Snatch and Power Clean...But yeah...my snatches are non-existant at the moment unless with just the bar, and the Power Cleans are slowly getting better. Still have a hard time doing the OH Squat...so I had to do front squats for this one instead of Jerks+OH Squat.

Missed weighted abs due to time constrains I did all those in 45~ mins but had to get out early, I'm heading home at the moment to get some stuff for work :S **** real life, doesnt let me work out or rest like I want.

Form-X notes:
-I only had 4~ hours of sleep last night, yet it was good enough to let me work out today, form-x is keeping me strong and alive for now.

Solid update's C!!! HMMM jerks you say lol

I miss updated , did the sets of jerks and did 5 sets of front squats too. What I would be doing is 5 jerks in a row , take a breather and then do 5 front squats.

I am trying to build explosiveness and Olympic lifts too.
 
Ok guys...So far I am worried about 1 side effect I started getting today from Form-X (maybe it had been going on since some week or 2 ago but I didn't care to check until today...) It is direct correlation to DAA and some particular side effect some people claim...I'll do some checking and get back to yah with this later...I am at work already but...yeah really concerned atm...

Feeling something odd (I don't wanna generalize yet) on my nipple and then after a real hard squeeze getting a tiny micro drop of liquid. And then doing so on the other nipple with the same albeit smaller result.

My brain hamster knows DAA can raise prolactin, and that I as a younger fella had a case of puberty fatty pecs...I'll just check to be safe.

Hmmm, I may have same issue. I definitely bloat with DAA. I got off a month long run on it and although my chest cut up nicely, my nipple area is rather soft.
