Ok guys at 141.4lbs I give up on bulking...No point...Seriously every week I see less and less definition and this week I even look smaller from the shoulders and arms and I was bigger last week...and I even did it after a workout for the pump...I'll transition into cut mode now...I'm just not pleased with this pics or my body atm, and its maybe just my fault for not getting my diet right...weird thing is im eating all my macros, all my meals on time...everything...

Lol...So if Datbtrue says it its true then? I use a high Leucine approach to my BCAAs, furthermore I do intermittent fasting, so if you didn't read that in the intro , please do so...if You want to pair up some internet Guru with Martin Berkhans and many more with the idea of BCAAs on a fasted state for all the benefits they pose (given, lets take you know them...) then go ahead and compare...but I frankly don't see anything wow in Datbtrue so...its your opinion anyways.

And Martin Berkhan does too, no offense, just learn to talk to people...I like suggestions , but just coming here and saying: "you have tens of errors in your protocol" is not the way to start, specially in a new forum bro...rather tell me what you think and areas to improve , not just "hey you are wrong"

I do not get it, I started this log over a month ago and also a previous one 3 months ago...so I doubt you have been studying me...I am not someone trying to sell or preach a protocol I do :S...Now do tell me...How did you come across me and what do I have to do with Conwict and Datbtrue?...

There are 100's of people sayinf different things about working out. The thing is few are right and few are wrong. The thing about this sport especially is that everyone is different. What works for me, might not work for you. What works for you, might not work for cel. If cel is seeing progress, how is he doing anything wrong? If there was one way of doing it.. everyone would be doing the same workout, eating the same meals and taking the same supps

Lethargy is kicking my arse bad!! I'm up 6 pounds though and crushing weight. It's weird I'm so tired all I do is sleep. I did not feel this way when I ran epi.

It's all good though I'll power through it . I got a crazy pct log coming up soon . It's going to be a detailed trip into my insanity.

Run 4-AD or andro hard as a test base next time, maybe stano or dermacrine for lethargy...either way 6 lbs is awesome

U know I got ya back bro. I just don't see where this guy is coming from, its honestly insulting. He doesn't know how your body works at all, and idt he's familiar with Lean Gains either. I've never criticized someones training style and nutrition when they're making great gains.

Again haha love yah bro thanks. I don't think I have come across a most random occurrence like this before...of all the logs he comes to do his first post to mine, saying i'm doing everything wrong hehe...Idk He might mean well, but on the mean time, it did throw me a bit off the way he said it.

I added 600mg stano this past week. It's hard killing it with 2 kids , wife , new house and full time job! I just like lifting heavy things.

I just dont understand it either, someone calls to cels log.. critizes his workout, while preaching gospel that he says he cant explains while using
words in the most inproper fashion, see protocol on early pages... cel just attract us weirdos!!
