Ok Back on track guys, I deliberately pushed my cardio session to today around noon, same reason I have not being reporting my diet and one that might make some of you want to kill me. I am trying to adjust a prototype model of Carb Back Loading to an IF lifestyle that took my brain hamster around a week to cook up and mostly this weekend to try. Needless to say it is weird and mostly hard to tell if it is working or not, but I have NOT being working out at the recommended time for tweaking Insulin Sensitivity (for the normal hard working american like yours truly obviously) And well I did do the carb abstinence and today will be the last day I stay off carbs and go for HIGH fats and HIGH protein so tomorrow for squat day I can try the first Backload, now Tommy isn't following this log, but this is all Tomahawks baby hahaha he sent me one day a pm saying: "I got a diet you might be interested in..." It was just a message but if you could you would have seen the evil grin in the PMs like I did...it was a plan to get me into this...and it worked...Now I'll only give this a try for 2 main reasons, being one that I have had a harder time with gains and I seriously have a HUGE problem with eating MORE now :/ come on I have to shove down the 3k+ kCalories into a small belly of a 5'5" man haha and also, because I have been getting a bit of a nasty painful bloat after eating so many carbs (when I have around 200-250g+ of carbs in one sitting X_X OUCH!) So after reading a whole lot about simple carb power...I decided to give it a shot, today I'll workout after work like around 3 and push the "fast" breaking until 5-6 , tomorrow I'll try to do what it says though it goes against my dogma...It says to have protein and fat throughout the "fast" and coffee, loads of coffee, that part I like, I'm a stim junkie haha. Anyhow , heavy whipping cream in the coffee and well carbless protein like egg whites , egg yolks (perfct protein+fat) and about 1/2 my protein pre workout and NO carbs , so ALL carbs postworkout building up to a huge carb sitting before bed...Lets see how it goes.

Form-x Notes:

-Had so much sleep last night...havent had that in a long time...In the evening I had two 2h naps, and even then I went to bed around 10-11pm and woke up at around 7:30am to get ready...it is AMAZING , full recovery , no pain or soreness anymore and during yesterdays workout I did feel Joint pain in my right rotator cuff (I never report this or mind it because I have f*cked it up twice , once dirt biking and once playing football both like 5-6 years ago) so yeah...Even that is gone recovery is wonderful with DAA+AI (the AI is proving powerful indeed, not only is it 10x stronger than your usual AI out there ON PAPER, but also IN REALITY now that I got my hands on it :D!) As for libido, well I had had Penile Softiousis in the morning ever since like a year ago, I simply did not present morning wood anymore...This past mornings have been...lets say "Lumberjack" mornings :) so if I get a girlfriend or booty call anytime soon , she will be served a good dose of breakfast cardio ;)!

I'll report cardio later today, I want to try my hand at sprints again but outside, I got my hands on one of those professional running watches that times you, gets speed , heart rate and all so I can now how fast am I sprinting through the intervals and if I AM giving it all Heart Rate wise.

Yeah I think the AI and DAA synergy takes about a week to kick in, as for my comment on the SERM matrix I'll save those for the final review with personal thoughts on the formula per say (still getting used to doing all the chemical research behind an ingredient or compound as it is haha).

Ok getting out of work and gonna take some EC and citruilline malate plus some BCAAs for my HIIT right now and my usual Agmatine dose seeing how it will only be a 30~ min session and I'll eat after it. I can't stres enough the endurance and mood effects of Form-X are remarkable.
 
Day 11 6/28

Cardio Day:

-4 minute jog
-7 sets of full on sprint outside in the horrible texas heat for 30 seconds, and 60 second jog/walk.
-5 minute jog back home...

HIIT cardio plus heat, sun, a hoodie, and pants is NOT a good combo unless you really want to dry it out. All in all good session.

Form-X Notes:
-All pretty much the same, deload week hence until monday will be back to putting it to the test on the strength feats ;)!
 
please be careful bud, heat related injury is no joke. I worked in a shop without AC welding on large chunks of metal that required pre-heat (like 300 degrees) all year round and I've seen guys drop from heat stroke. It should be hot enough down in the valley to make you sweat yer @ss off without the hoodie.

Sorry for lecturing, just don't want you to have serious problems. Heat stroke is not cool (really, no pun intended)

Keep up the good work! I'm interested to hear how the new diet treats you :)
 
I'll have to agree on that heat part. I see a lot of people now-a-days saying push your self and all and do this and do that, making themselves almost throw up. I'll be honest, I think that's crazy. People should push themselves harder than the last work out and keep track and try to do more and yes things may be uncomfortable but it doesn't make sense to be almost throwing up. Not saying your doing this C but you don't need a hoodie on in the eat and all that mess just my opinion. Just like people who say do your HIIT cardio to the max of almost throwing up, yeah that's 1 way of doing it or you can also have a great diet, lift weights and do very mild/minimal cardio and get the same results. Work smarter not harder. ;)
 
Hells yeah dude it hit 101 today in Bama with 90percent humidity!! I got a one pitch tourney tomorrow night 17 teams Ima drop 20lbs just sweating lol.

I dropped 10lbs today just going to the mailbox and back. LOL. I agree with what's already been said Celly, no need to tempt heat stroke just to get a few extra beads of sweat man.

Thanks guys for your concern :), last time I do it then hehe, I am used to wearing the hoodie also because the AC at my gym is horrible seriously...disgustingly cold, doesnt let you sweat, has you coughing or sneezing...its horrible! But I'll be smarter next time and NOT tempt a heat stroke again...After all what bad can it be to run shirtless :D! getting a tan at the same time haha.

Upon a good amount of time taking it now I do encourage the use of ALCAR preworkout while on Form-X , I have noticed even enhanced nootropic and MM connection effects thanks to this. I can't stress enough how having a good amount of focus is amazing for a workout specially when on the high volume realm or keeping good ROM and breathing techniques.
