how many grams of carbohydrates are in 1/2 cup (solid measure) of maltodextrin.

I still can't get a definitive answer, after searching and asking around.

NOW maltodextrin's label claims state that 1/2 cup of malto contains 50g of carbs, but 1/2 of malto weighs out to be significantly more than 50g, i've heard everything from 15g per tablespoon to 50g per 1/2 cup.

Is it 100% Malto? Maybe it's cut w/ another carbo or they measure it unpacked (fluffy)

If I recall my conversion chart correctly (have the chart I made at home) it is about ~.5g/ml(cc). So an 1/8 cup = 30ml x .5g = 15g per 1/8cup. 15g x 4 (1/2 cup) = 60g

ok so the label claims aren't that far off, i just want to make sure as hell that i'm not taking in 120g of carbs PWO if it turned out that malto really did have 15g of carbs per tablespoon.
