For those who have used Omega Thunder Cee....

The lable recommends that you take 8 caps 30 mins before workout's. Are any of you taking this supp in devided doses? This is my 1st cycle of cee, being that i have only supplemented with regular mono, so i'm a bit curious on knowing the best way to use this supp.

Also, is it necessary to use on off days as well? The serving label claims that it only has 2400 mg's of cee per 8 caps.

2-3 grams of CEE is a good dose for average bodyweight. I only took it on workout days, on off days I supplemented with raw CEE.
 
I became skeptical about the dosage after reading a few threads claiming that it was more effective to take2 to 3 games before workout and then another 2 to 3 grams post w/o. Would that be overkill?

Yes its overkill cet also contains Glycerol which makes the absorbtion of the cee alot higher which is why less is needed. I find 8 caps 1 hour before training or 30min if on an empty stomach works like a charm. Best cee supp I have used to date.

So just take 8 caps work out days and 5g of regular cee powder non workout days. If you dont have the cee then yes you take the cet everyday.
 
When I was on it, I took 8 caps on workout days, and 6 caps on rest days. Worked VERY well--I had great workouts, and consistent strength gains.

Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it b/c the caffeine wouldn't allow me to get quality sleep.
 
Thanks For the Inputs, guys! So...... many of you agree that takin the cet 1 hour before workout on an empty stomach will produce better gains, but im tryin to figure out a way to go about this. For example, i usually have a small pre workout meal a little over 1 hour before my training begins. If i go the rout of takin 8 caps on an empty stomach 1 hour before workout, would i have to have my meal , wait 1 hour for the digestion, then consume my serving of cet, followed by my workout 1 hour later, since my food will 1st have to be digested for an empty stomach? Hmmmm......
 
Eat your meal, then 30 minutes after the meal consume your CET, this is what I do/did and it worked well.
 
the reason people recommend to do the empty stomach thing is because CET is more than just creatine ethyl ester. It also functions as a pre-workout stim due to the methylxanthines and Glucuronolactone. try it like ryansm suggests...if it doesnt kick in quick enough, then take it 5 minutes before a meal. thats what i would do.
 
i liked it a lot, and took it 45 min before, but had to stop because after my pwo meal i would sit on the toilet for about 20 min. got too much for me
