Does anyone recall how long their bloating lasted?

anyway to get rid of the bloating faster? I just came off and am on clomid, retain, and my normal liver supps but the bloating is getting bad, im only 2 days off but i feel like its getting worse
 
Don't panic, don't add a bunch of stuff, just chill and give a a few more days. Watch your diet. Cut out the sodium, sugars and other crap and drink a LOT of water.
 
ha, no panicing :) just curious how long this **** takes to go away, dont remember bloating a couple years ago but that may have been because i stacked with 4AD, who knows!

I've been drinking tons of water about 1-1.5 gallons a day

sodium and sugar... thats gonna be hard hahaha but ill try! thanks BG !

actually didnt shutdown to bad, i only ran it for 8 days at 5mg and 9 days at 10mg. My boys are loving me though, they are coming back quick....

Up about 12 lbs
 
some people hold a little water on clomid. but the water u put on wont just dissapear in a few days. most of it should come off by week 2 if it was a 17 day cycle. i cant guarentee ur guna be left with too much solid muscle as the body wont build too much in that short a period of time.
