In healthy testes, most are getting a 200ng bump when using hCG 250Iu around 3 times a week.

For the T increase, JansZ, break out the roid calculator!

You will go above baseline with 150per week + HCG I suspect

If one have a healthy testicles (but no input to produce T) I would suggest daily dose of HCG, 100iu.
When fertility is an issue, add 75iu/day of HMG for up to three months possibly longer.
At this dose one would expect to get maximum possible from their testis, whatewer it is.

my understanding is that daily dose HCG of up to 500IU is acceptable.
I am not 100% sure if that is what he ment, but I newer got any comments from dr John when I posted this statement before.

cause my levels were 1200ng/dl when i was eugonadal and 100mg puts me at 900ng/dl .... i want to be like i was before.....1200ng/dl.....

Ok when did you have the test done that gave you 1200 was it at the same time you tested on 100mgs. Like was this test done the day of your shot but before it for both. I feel 150mgs will be to much best way to do this is to go up slow and retest. Try 125mgs then in 4 weeks retest.

175mg---> 1199
180mg---> 1228

You have to do blood test after 2-3 months to fine tune the dose.
Not linear do to changes in SHBG levels, possibly other.
Do E3D or E2D for less variations.

KSman to realy fine tune his dose did last 4 weeks before blood draw as every day shots.
Minimum after thoughts about T variations in blood level.
