For Beta Alanine Users

Couldn't find anything on a search but i've been considering adding Beta-Alanine to my Citrulline, ALCAR, Arginine stack. I've heard too many good things about it to avoid it anymore.

One of the reviews on N.P. site mentioned increased body temp. and heart rate. Because i also use stims (Basic Cuts and Geranamine) this could be a concern so i'm wondering if any Beta Alanine users are also combining with stims.

If anyone wants to add what stack is best in a combination with B.A would be helpful to. I've heard Citrulline and/or AAKG.

I love BA.(It's likely hard to search on here for because lots of people refer to it as BA) It stacks great with creatine. As for stims, it's fine with just about anything. I didn't notice any increase in heart rate or body temp from the BA alone. I also used quite a few different stims (even ephedrine sulfate) with it and had no problems.
 
ive been running arginine for 3 weeks and found its better on some days than others hard to work out. should get my beta a in the mail next week so i will be running them together,

btw natural at the moment, recovering from tricep injury
 
I love this stuff.... from the first time i tried BA I could feel it running through my veins even now a few weeks later I can still feel it, for me its rare to feel the effect for this long on any supp.

its hard to say if it gives me any strength but since i feel it run through my body i can tell its doing something and makes me want to work out harder to feel it longer.

definitely recommend you try it
 
I don't notice any thermogenic effects or increased heart rate with beta alanine. Just great endurance and tingles at the right dosages. A new staple for me, love it.
 
I also did not notice the temp or heart rate increases while on it. I am off of BA and creatine now for the last 2 months and really notice a drop in power and endurance in my major lifts. BA mostly gives you more reps until failure by buffering the lactic acid. Luv the tingle too!!
 
If you do not want the tingle, just take it with carbs. I get my bulk from True Protein!!

How much are you taking and with what else?

I'm just waiting for mine to arrive to use it with Citrulline and BCAAs which i have plenty of. When that runs out i was considering the Xtend/Beta-Alanine deal that NP has at the moment.
 
I usually take 5gms with my pre and post work out drink

I also take 5grm of creatine (which you should always take at the same time) and 10gms BCAA and 5gms glutamine and 5gms of arginine. These are my bulk staple supplements
 
I dose it 1.5 grams pre and 1.5 post. For me, that dose works just fine. 2 grams gives me the tingles/flush and hasn't done anything more for me. Took about 2 days to notice the effects, and those were an added rep or two here and there, and some easier cardio. Very effective supp for the price of admission. Carnosyn is actually a patented formula of creatine and beta alanine, so yeah, they stack very well together.
 
I love BA, it definitely allows me to pump out more reps by buffering lactic acid. I don't ever feel pumped anymore but i still look swoll.

I take 3g before and after training with shakes so I've never felt any tingling. I also use Xtend and Purple Wraath during my WOs.
