I did a small addition to the pancakes that I wanted to share. I added a tsp of baking powder to the mix, milk instead of water, and mixed a little thin - just a hair shy of 1/2 cup of milk to 1/2 cup mix. The addition of the paking powder made them so much fluffier and lighter, it was fantastic.
 
I still need to buy some and try them. I am a big fan of adding a scoop of ATW cinnamon bun protein to my whole wheat pancake mix.
