Follidrone log

Now this is what I am freaking talking about!!

DL
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 3
495 x 2
495 x 2
405 x 4
(This is an incredible improvement on the top end. I would have not been able to add in the second set at 495 before, followed up with a drop set to 405 like that)

Bent over BB rows
135 x 8
185 x 6
225 x 4
225 x 4
225 x 4
135 x 8

Pullups (alternating wide grip, narrow grip)
1 x 10 each
1 x 7 each
1 x 6 each
1 x 4 each
= exhaustion

Awesome. So is this considered an increase in strength, or endurance to you?

Both. I had enough in me both strength and endurance wise to get in those last reps at the high end of my lift. I would normally top out at 495 and then drop set for one but at a much lower weight for a burn out (like 225). I kept the 8 plates on and went for it again, and might have been able to squeeze out 5, but didn't want to chance it. That is a huge improvement to have that strength still available at the end.

I could have gone for my all time of 525, but I felt I was getting more out of 2 @ 2x for 495 than I would have at 1 x 525.

Nice job brother. Very impressive weight!

I can't even deadlift 495 let alone squat that much. Nice work there Mister.

Thank you gentlemen! I have a feeling this may be a good week for some breakthroughs. I am mentally in the right place.

Day 19. I am taking today off because I am feeling yesterday pretty hard and want to make sure I have a solid day of rest before going for legs tomorrow. Weigh in this morning was 211. Up 5lbs from the beginning and my obliques are really popping out. Almost like I am working for beach muscles! LOL

Yeah man, I force a deload in every 8 weeks and hate it, but I always come back better. Today I am driving myself crazy because I keep planning around heading to the gym and then I remind myself that I am not going today.

Lol I know this feeling.

Once I nail down a schedule it becomes second nature.

I've slugged back a double scoop of Enhanced on an off day a few times. I was very productive cleaning the house.

There you go, at least being productive! I never really have an off day, I just don't step foot in the gym. On my "off" days I still run my dog 5 miles a day and always have yard work to do on the weekends. Plus I have MMA training tonight, so hopefully all the stretching will loosen me up.

Everything is coming together now. Endurance is way up as it has been and now top end strength is following. I went with chest/shoulders instead of squats today because they are still pretty sore, so that will be tomorrow.

Great bench numbers. Have ever run a PH cycle? Looks a lot like you're running one based on your #'s.

No, never touched them. What is with ph that would correlate to my numbers?

I think hes implying that you look strong.
1 extra rep on your top end BP is pretty huge. Doesnt seem like it at first glance.....but it really is.
10lbs + an extra rep is even more.
Pretty good stuff.

Gotcha. So PHs are more known for strength than endurance or body comp?

Trust me 1 extra rep has been elusive for 6 months. I live the frustration of it. :). Any little thing can set you back. On my squats it was nagging ankle injury that would flare up right when I'd go for a PR.

Yeah, PH's are definitely a strength booster. I ran a very mild cycle and it put 20 lbs. on my max deadlift and 10 lbs. on my max bench in just over 3 weeks, added 5 lbs. LBM. Folli is offering up similar results.

Yeah, it is sounding like it for sure. Interesting to say the least. I am very tempted to run this for 8 weeks.

PH'S/DS are for body composition as well as strength... It's all about your goals I assume, I am on my first PH cycle w/ test-e (just had always done the real thing in the past with the Test) but I have read logs/reviews on various PHs where people put on X amount of weight, kept X amount with most of it being LBM... I am one of the last people you would wanna ask for advice on which strength/size compounds do what, I know a little bit about cutting PH's, I did my due diligence before I started ep15tane and Furaza, but I don't know about to many others, just that some will obv increase LBM and of course strength.... I can tell you this, Make sure you research and do more research and in your spare time do more research and ask people with experience with PH's what they would recommend for your specific goals, Just like anybody who is looking out for your best interests when it comes with AAS will tell you start with Test only your first time, due to the low sides, I would go with compound/s that are known for having low sides your 1st time. If you do decide to do it, make sure you have everything on hand before you start, by that I mean your on cycle support sups, and your pct. Finally, don't abuse them, if 3 caps a day of product x is what's recommended and is whats working for you, don't go taking 6, and if the recommended cycle is 6 weeks with 6 weeks (at least off) don't run it for 12 weeks, or don't just take 2 weeks off and start another cycle. The reason I say this, is because I abused AAS at a young age, and I imagine it led to some of the physical/psychological issues I have had in my life, and I wouldn't want to wish some of what I have been through in my life on worst enemy... Again, Be safe, and seek advice from those who know what their talking about!

Thanks man, I was just curious what was meant by it looking like I was running a PH. I have no intentions of ever doing so. Whatever I can do with TRT, food, rest, and the occasional dabble in something like FD is good with me.

Dayum.

Warmed up with a 4 x 50yd prowler with just two plates. I also wore my compression shorts that I wear at martial arts under my shorts. I felt a complete difference.

Squats
15 x 135
8 x 225
6 x 315
5 x 405
4 x 445
3 x 495 !!!! Another full rep and then went for a 4th, but I wasn't 100% that I'd make it out of the hole, so I stopped. My mind got in the way.

Called it a day. I know there was more in me, but we have a busy day/night in about an hour and I would be a zombie and bore my wife in public. LOL.

Beast Squats brother!

Wow!! What is your PR for squats?

525, but I only hit that one time, so I believe it was a fluke. Never been there again, so I don't really count it. As of now, it is 495. I don't normally work in this range, but I am doing it for this log. Normally I like to do high reps at 315 and jump to 365 for sets of 5-7.

Oh, for sure. Sorry, I went through my log here and on my pad and I was trying to see if you saw something I messed up. Yes, top end is now going up and I think it is in part because my body is ready to adapt to it due to the endurance increase.

I am becoming very impressed with FD and I have decided to run it for another 4 weeks. If there is any available to buy that is! Lol.

23 days in and I am absolutely convinced body comp has changed. Other than the solid 5lbs (weight is staying at 211 now), I have been getting multiple comments from people that haven't seen me in a few weeks or months. My own brother told me that I looked "thick" yesterday and I just saw him a month ago. Now, that will get you in the mind state to push yourself even harder, so today I tore it up.

I've added in L-citrulline and ZMA as of yesterday to help with recovery. I want to keep this up and my sleep has been a little interrupted lately, so I needed a little assistance. I slept like a rock last night and I think that is going to really help.
