Do you think its worth taking Alphamine while lean bulking? Stimulants affect my libido a bit weirdly, wasn't really keen on taking it daily incase it caused 'stimdick' etc, i may be making it up in my head though

I think Alphamine (or anything with yohimbine) is best taken on a cut/recomp unless you do fasted training/intermittent fasting, or if you just like Alphamine as your pre-workout.

Uk version of alphamine doesn't contain yohimbine, it's banned here :(

Did 10 minutes on the bike after just to loosen up my legs, but they literally were burning from doms so couldnt do anymore than that

I was really counting on seeing an ABE 2-pack deal coming out or something but it never happened so I am over the hype of it honestly. Ppl rave about it but I haven't used it but Folli drives my hunger to great levels at times and I have figured out ways to ensure that its covered. You are eating to gain so I wont say it would hurt, but man....man its not cheap by any means. I think its addition wouldn't add that great a deal in terms of results when compared to the stacks overall price. If ya got a little extra to splurge and try out with it, then by all means go for it. Theres only one way to know.

To be honest I feel this way sometimes too. Taking multiple anabolics doesn't really help you much if you don't know how they effect you individually which is why I tried Anabeta, X-Gels, and Follidrone mostly solo. I was thinking of taking DCP 2.0 or Recompadrol stacked with Follidrone too.....choices choices choices.

People see all these results etc from anabolics and think its going to turn them into gods, but its the work the individual is doing behind it which is really producing the results. Follidrone no doubt is aiding me getting in better shape, but I'm putting in double the volume I normally would, and eating like a champ and thats where my gains are coming from. Obviously thats down to Follidrone, but if I took follidrone and didnt increase my volume / diet, I would imagine the results to be average.

Agreed. That's why my stacks these days are pretty small. I ran monster stacks and I don't think it's worth all the money. I'd rather stagger all of the anabolics.

Ultimately my goal is to be 188 with 12% body fat, so I dont exactly need to go too OTT on the supplements, just gotta train hard, eat and sleep well, and I should be there in a couple of years.

Would definitely like to be able to 2xBW bench and squat though, thats a goal of mine. My squat is terrible, and I hate doing them, so I want to eventually at least like training legs a little bit..haha

You weren't born with chicken legs! You don't realise how uncomfortable squatting is haha, just feels horrible. Still do it though , so I can complain if I want! ;)

True. I just said that because I train legs often and Follidrone seems to help me "breathe better" or something along those lines (I do legs on days even when I'm doing upper body stuff)

lol id hate that. squats are something you learn to love, just have to find your groove
 
don't mind doing like a couple heavy low rep sets of squat like in 5/3/1 but high rep squats are the worst lol

I usually do 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps, its so horrible.

Its not that I hate legs, its that its uncomfortable to do. My flexibility in my hamstrings is god awful. I get nowhere near close to touching my toes when I try bend over.... flexibility is something I desperately need to spend time on, I just always either forget to do it or neglect it.

If anyone knows a website for decent lower back stretches / hamstring stretches I'd appreciate you linking and I'll work on it from tomorrow.

Arms today after work then playing tennis against a friend. Let me say that again....Tennis straight after arms day. Ball control level ZERO
 
Literally had the best news in the world last night. Girlfriend was trying to keep it a secret but knew I was sad and missing her so told me she was coming back from her holiday 3 days early, so shes back next friday! Sounds super gay but its made me very very happy, but realised I only have 8 days now to really change how I look for her so I can return the favour. So I took a scoop of alphamine, only one though, and try get a little fat burn in the next week so I can bring my abs out a bit more. Going to be hitting the cardio a little bit harder than normal to get some decent results.

Im quite fortunate in that I'm a hard gainer, so stripping fat isnt really that difficult for me

Realllly short arms session yesterday as I had tennis, so only could workout for 25mins. Still better than not doing it.

Think I managed 46. I made the mistake of doing 18 without pausing and It pretty much burnt my arms out for the rest of the duration. Think next thursday when I try it ill do 10 rest 10 rest 10 rest 5 rest etc etc, will make it much easier.

I did this today. The way I did it was 14, 12, 12 and 12. I finished just in time, but it did kick my ass.

Try it out this way next time.
 
Back is a little sore but not too sore, may be okay to squat today after gym, will definitely take it easy though!

Went to do legs yesterday but back was still pretty sore. Its actually okay this morning, feels it anyway, but only did some very light squats and cardio yesterday
 
PES select Snickerdoodle was really tasty, although I can imagine it will get quite sickly if drunk too many times.

Going to try PES cookies & cream tonight, apparently its the bomb.

Question, if I have to train shoulders and chest, in 2 days, what is the best order to train them? Shoulders then chest? or chest then shoulders? kisaj TheMovement ma70 brundel
 
Personally, I feel that either one is going to suffer a bit with that. I would actually prefer to work shoulders and chest in the same day because the next day I am going to be weaker than if I put them together. I would just alter it a bit and not really have a dedicated shoulder workout, but work in inclines with my flat press and then accessory work like raises.

If I did have to split them, then I would work chest and then shoulders. My shoulders need a good 2-3 days to recover and get back strength that would be required for a decent chest workout.
 
I have to do them both together or it suffers. I mean I pretty much use bench press and overhead press for my chest, which burns the crap out of my shoulders in the process. My split was that I'd do Overhead Press work 2-3 days after Bench Press work.
