Site does! Pain in the front felt on the eccentric portion bringing the weight back to the starting position. Ugh hence why I do them so rarely

I honestly didn't even have chest cramps afterwards. Really smooth and kept everything under time yesterday. Thanks bud this hard work hopefully will payoff soon

Bench was 374.5/ Deadlift was 545 made all my lifts on this push pull but want to do a full meet before the years out. Honestly still know I can break the strict curl record just haven't had the extra cash to compete yet

I know it's expensive to do a bb show, it cost me about $5000, that's coaching ( off n on season) suit, supplements, etc...
How much would it cost to do a pl comp?

Great numbers for a deload bro. If the DB kickbacks are irritating your shoulder try doing them with cables instead. I actually prefer cable kickbacks over dumbbell kickbacks because there's constant tension.

Moves!!! U starting to add some more carbs to ur diet yet or still cutting? I ordered str3ngth to stack with folli, touey said it's been helping his joints a lot and upping his strength. My joints have been bugging me more so I figured I'd give it a shot.

I did up my Carbs by 50g but realized something lately that blew my mind. I walk an average of 8-10 miles in the clinic (Depending on the times I go in) and it has me really needing to workout an entire new formula. I was wondering why maintenance seemed to easy and strength all over and Im guessing I was still in a SICK deficient even when I was consuming over 3500cals daily. Before I make my final tweaks to my bulk plan I need to crunch some more numbers and get my adjustment plans laid out for easier adding or subtracting. I have 2 bottle of DermaStr3ngth to add in soon. Im extremely curious to how these will affect me. Hows the peck holding up?
 
I could feel it a little doing chest Monday so I did light weight and a ton of reps, hopefully be healed up soon. I understand the being on your feet, I served fine dining for a while and would be on my feet hustling for 7 hours a day and it takes a lot of calories haha

ive heard abot fat gripz but never used them before, how are they?

I live for them and are one of the best investments Ive been able to add in my bag. They add a new dynamic to any lift and take your focus level up quite a notch.

hahaha I'm pretty sure I lost exactly 17 also on my cut, 246 to 229, I went under 230 and said fcuk no and added more carbs haha
