315 is pretty heavy for a front squat. Good work.

Thanks, Im stuck working with it as I really do fear going too much heavier, I could see a 405 front squat in my future if I get this body taken care of.

From all the feedback I have seen along others threads and the FAQs Threads I do not see a reason to go higher. I am questionable on the pump aspects still at times but I am 4lbs down and I damn sure dont look it. Fullness and endurance are quite beastly. Better than when using Peak Beta + even but theres plenty of time left in this run.

It def. doesnt hurt that I am using Conquer and Alphamine interchangeably as Im not looking to slow down my tempo one bit. Will add Burn 24 in with my nightly smoothie Weds I believe. So far Vascularity is starting to pickup quite a bit but Amento is my idea behind it as I had been using it a week prior.

Recomp is still my overall goal though as well Im quite fluffy still lls

Def. feeling myself a bit, F-95 maybe? Dont know why but I honestly look around and seem more judgmental or I am just riding a high lol. Today's Back workout was sick. I mean just nasty, If I wanted to lift it I did and loved every bit of it. Reps on reps, forearms are now trashed and for a Back and Bi day usually they aren't phased much. Vascularity is definitely picking up and weight seems to be dropping slowly but, think I look much bigger from when I started but thats why there are videos and pics along the way including my own amateur posing attempts lol. I am quite intrigued by what I am seeing and only getting more input from others on the size I am. Ehh similar things happened last summer though so not all aboard the train yet ,but I do have a ticket.

If you think F-95, Alphamine, Norco, and Conquer are all good, Folli has really pushed this to the next level IMO.Had early meeting and worked out after so I used Alphamine, Amento, F-95, and ALCAR PWO, and Folli of course. PRs were set and I am wonder how shocking this 8week run will be.

PWO kicked in just walking up the steps and I was flaring to go but RC WmUp is a must

This ended my workout as we had an injury on the floor and I didnt mind sitting with the gentleman. Doing rows with the stack, cable pops, he cracked his head on the floor. Rough one as I use the same station but he ended up seeming fine and is in better care now. Cant say I was going to do more then abs anyway and was a good day overall. Will try to pickup my volume a bit more in the upcoming days.

Be honest I just wont press them if my elbows start wobbling, so I can usually get a few reps then it goes to hell or I lean too far to a side but this day it was awesome, every rep I did slide a little down the back of the chair but its a dang win in my book lol

Still too early to say my man, but put it this way, if Im even able to manage any of this weight at the end I will be shocked, now if Im still reaching new PRs I think its going to have me quite appalled.

CRAP!!! I did go back later though, might as well throw in what I do for "cardio"

Farmer Walks was our finisher, 6 laps around our indoor track with 45lb plates and finished in just over 6 mins.

1st 2 laps were easy
3rd and 4th were rough
5th was painful
6th was just sheer torment but I was gassed and loved it

Followed up with some Rope jumps with the fat rope and battling ropes 30/30 on off periods for 10 more mins

My idea of cardio is more fun than yours

Man this weekend has been great guys! Fridays session was gross sick and even treated myself to an Arm day today. Incline Bb Bench was pressed and damn strength never seems to dwindle there as I hate it with a passion.

Sat I was able to hit the gym for some serious Strict Curl work. Still stuck on the 177lb mark and cant keep my butt on the wall but I guess losing weight wont make it any easier. Picked a real target with that one but thats the purpose of making this a challenge. I will probably lose sleep if it persists into next month lol.

Keeping on with the original gameplan. Nearing the end of my first bottle of Norco and have a few friends that want to try Folli and see if it helps them out any 1st try. Curious to hear from them so I dont mind. Recompadrol will be used as I plan on consuming a box of cereal tomorrow.

Ok I am now 230 even, was 228 this morning but its been a long day so 230 is more appropriate. No laughing unless you allow room for me 2 enjoy the joke as well.

Wish it wasn't dark, but my before pic just looks stupid in comparison. Comfortable using this as my starter pic as I still have 5-8 weeks left of Folli. Even longer to hit the goal of 220 solid. With 10lbs to go why rush right? Little overly aggro on the diet and will bump up to 4k cals. Dunno which macros to increase ATM but will sit and think on it soon. The smalls add up at end of the week.

well it depends what lifts u wanna ask about? Haha, I can do the 110s for 10-12 without a spot for shoulder press, depending how I feel. I usually workout alone so I don't go quite as heavy for free weights sometimes, I haven't military pressed in forever because I just won't do that without a spotter, I've got 315 twice before, coming down below my chin, but by myself I just usually pre-exhaust my delts with side laterals, I typically do 40s, 45s, 50s and sometimes I'll do the 55s and then rep out the shoulder press machines.

in college I lifted with a few guys that were ridiculous, one was 6'2" 260lbs under 6% and used to be an American gladiator (he was 285 then), he was prob the most knowledgable, the other two were both 6' 250lbs one was like 10% but the other was the most shredded guy I've ever known. When I lifted with those guys for about 3 years it was the best training of my life and I learned a ton

Man that really sounds awesome. Its hard to find those to lookup to as there isnt even a handful of guys who outlift me safely. My gym following is rather massive from both working and constantly changing every season. Its hard to grow sometimes but I have to keep trying at least. About once a month I get out and visit around but the competition factor just isnt there sometimes. I find it hard to find folks 2 take my own Qs to sometimes.

Had to rush on my Chest day today so I was able to get some Primary Bb Bench work in and 3 assistance movements, Incline Db, 90lbs Weighted dips, and Pec Flys. Things happen unexpected but sure my chest wont mind. Will add another Heavier Chest day on Friday.

Amento Has the vascularity on point no doubt about it. Seriously finally have abs popping up on the lower abs. Bout DAMN TIME!
F-95 Is doing its thing. It works on so many levels its hard to know its in the mix, but am confident.
Folli has truly showed through on the DOMs as my traps and forarms are killing me. Wont change my split unless strength is decreased
MVP Multi I am using hoping to cover bases
RPG BCAAs to aid recovery along with Folli, oddly enough I do feel recovered but sore as crap.
Norco- One bottle will be down tomorrow, got another bottle but still only use it AM

Cant think of any other additions or updates, left knee is a little naggy but thats ok. Got joint support running. DOMs is full circle but thats kinda the point this far in. Going for as much volume as possible tomorrow for back, Cant wait

All of it!!! I want the world and NO ONE will tell me I cant take it! Love the competition from sports, the hatred of the man in the mirror when training, the rush of knowing Im pushing my body to a new place every week. Aesthetics will come and man every season it gets sicker. Im a size now that I didn't think was possible in college. Main goal, be able to walk on any platform and leave top 5! Bold maybe, but why shoot for anything else?

Through my travels thus far I have been fortunate to meet and participate in so many different avenues and I still have so much more left to achieve. I only know to keep networking, participating, and growing.
