I'm looking for a little assistance putting on some muscle mass....if that is even possible at 57.
Training is less intense then even a year ago, just age, work and joints slowing me down some.
I still love to lift heavy but not as full feeling and looking as I used to so I'm looking for some supplement help. No I haven't checked my test and am not going the TRT route, I don't feel I need that quite yet..
A few years ago I did the Follidrone, AE, M test stack and think it did ok for me but with so many new
supps is there something better to try? EPI Cat / AE, M test? suggestions that won't kill my joints?
