Follidrone 2.0 Log

The intra workout carbs help me stay full and keep the hypo away while training.
My pumps are always better when I have intra workout carbs.
How this effects strength I dont know.

Gatorade will work fine.
price wise though you can get bags of waxy maize starch for pretty cheap 10$ for a KG.
Or gatorade powder is like 5$ and you can add a scoop or 2 to your water.
I would think bottled gatorade would be the most expensive. @ a few bucks a bottle.

Lifted last night after taking a few days off. The other day, after my last workout, I woke up in the middle of the night with my chest hurting so bad that I almost wanted to puke. It was my sternum; the ligaments/tendons going across my sternum were so tight that it made everything painful. I couldn't sit up without pain, I couldn't raise either arm without pain, stretching hurt super bad.... When I shaved to go to work I had to lower my face as low as possible and it was a serious chore to get through. I took probably 3 grams total of IB profen that day, and that helped tremendously. Over the next day and a half, the pain completely disappeared. I don't know what that was, but that was terrible.

Anyways, my workout last night was mediocre, I spent the last couple days moving with my wife and we went to the gym as soon as we finished last night, around midnight:

Close grip bench- 215x4
205 3x4
This felt a little lighter than I wanted to use, but I was cautious of my chest. Woke up with no pain this morning.

Box squat-
405x4
365 3x4
Used a super low box this time, it was almost impossible to stand up on the last couple. I have a harder time doing box squats than regular squat.

100KB swings, 70lbs

30 toes to bar(abs)

Short and intense workout. Worth going to the gym, even though I only got a few hours of sleep. I went this morning for a bit of conditioning(not up to me, I'm in the military so I have morning PT at 5:30 every day) and went on a short run, a bunch of sprints followed by 2 minutes of jogging between each sprint. I can tell without a doubt that my endurance has increased TREMENDOUSLY when I run. I'm faster and can run for longer without getting anywhere near as winded as I would about 3 weeks ago. Also, I woke up with zero soreness from my workout last night. That could be because I got home around 1:30 and woke up at 4:45, but normally in situations like that I would have at least a little tightness followed by soreness halfway through the day. Still, no signs of soreness. Recovery is blowing me away.

Great updates, Hope chest recovers so you can keep smashing out the workouts and making progress

Do you ever get to catch up on sleep bro?

I get 4-6 hours regularly and on the weekends I sleep a ton. Some nights I'll end up getting 2-3 because I have so much crap to fill in a day.

Understood. I used to make up a lot of my sleep deficit on the weekend, but my 2-month old daughter has different plans for me now.

GREAT workout tonight.

Bench- 275x1(DEFINITELY could have pushed out another rep)
260x3x1
These weren't as difficult as I thought. My strength on my bench has gone up more than anticipated in this month.

Front squat- 325x1
YES!!! 10 pound PR in just a few weeks?! It was such a good squat, too. My weakness is usually halfway up, grinding for a whole second or so, but this time the grind was about 65% of the way up, and it was not as bad as I expected. There was good speed out of the bottom, and I believe the box squats I've been doing have helped with my weakness in the top half. Definitely stoked to see what comes in the next couple weeks. Already ordered another bottle.
After 325x1, did:
300, 3x1
On the last single, I decided to add a 2 second pause, just for kicks- and I still shot up with speed great enough to bounce the bar off my shoulders at the top of the rep. Sweet.

Leg press- 3x10, 10 seconds of rest between each set. Didn't put the weight down at all, kept constant tension. My legs were blown up.

Overhead press-
135, 3x6
Superset with:
10 lateral raises
10 rear delt raises
Holy shoulder pump

500m row on concept 2 rower in 1:40. Just for a little kick in the ass at the end.

I didn't get a video of the 325 front squat, my wife wasn't with me and I wasn't about to ask some random dude to video me for the Internet. Once I hit 335 I'll get that video and post it up. I promise.

Anyway, I'm super impressed with my work capacity and my strength endurance. I've had a super rough week with probably about 20 hours of sleep total from Monday until Saturday; the fact that I've been able to work this hard and even set a PR on front squat by 10 pounds tonight just blows my mind. This stuff is legit.

Wow kicking some ass!
Nothing like hitting PRs....
We want VIDEOS@!!!!

Sorry for the late update, I've been super busy- but I managed to fit in two workouts! My numbers were good-

LOW box squat- 415x2
Front squat-
240x7
235x7
230x7
135x20

Overhead press 170x2
155 3x2

Bench press
210 3x7

Weighted pull-ups 40lbs 3x5

My next workout was last night:

Front squat 305x2
285 3x2

Bench- 265x2
250 3x2

Overhead press- 135 3x7

Dumbbell bench- 75's 2x8, 20 second iso hold between each set

I'm playing around with a couple ideas for hypertrophy since my strength seems to be going up like crazy but I really haven't seen much of a size/fullness difference. Hopefully when I take my "after" pictures soon, I'll be able to see a difference. My traps seem to have blown up though. Interesting, since it's not "androgenic" and that's usually an androgenic response. Pretty great supplement though! I'm surprised at the strength gains I've made this month, but I'm REALLY impressed with the recovery. I HAMMER my body week to week and I feel little to no soreness. 5 days a week, in the morning, I have conditioning/"cardio". Then at night(or on my lunch break, if I have time) I lift heavy. To many, that's overdoing it, and for a while my body was feeling pretty broken after training like this for a couple years. If FD2 can keep me feeling like this, I think I'll keep this as a staple supplement with my protein powder. My only two staples, since my protein has aminos in it as well. This has definitely proven its worthiness!

Everyone benefits from this as they get to see how real people respond to the product.

In order to really grow from this stuff you have to eat a TON because but its worth it.
I think stacks with Letrone just for the hunger benefits will be amazing.

I'll definitely give that a shot in the near future. I still have a few more days on this product, I'm going to take a few weeks off of it to see if there's a rebound and what it will be like. Pretty dang sure I'm going to continue prolonged use in the future. If one month could bring me gains like this, I'm beyond excited to see where I can be in a year. The plus side is, it's entirely NATURAL!

Many of us are holding off bulking due to the summer season, i find though when i eat more e.g. 4000-5000 Kcals, 400g pro, 550g carb, rest from fats i fill up and look leaner 2 days after, the nutrient partitioning / driving carbs in to muscle with this + slin max works great.

Weight gain ?

I weighed in this morning at 174.8 dry; no water, no food, nothing. When I got to the gym last night though, I was 177.4. Before I took this, in the mornings I would usually wake up at about 168-169, and by the time I got to the gym it would be around 173. So a solid 4-5 pounds weight gain on average, and I didn't change my diet one bit. I am a tad leaner though, even with the few extra pounds gained.

Well, today was my last day of follidrone 2.0. I had a BLAST on this supplement. To give a recap and a final assessment:

I took 3 caps a day, the recommended dose, one in the morning and two about one hour pre-workout daily. When I didn't work out, I just took one in the morning with my breakfast, and two at night with my final meal.

I definitely felt a lot stronger on this product. My work capacity went through the roof. With a ridiculous amount of physical activity and very little sleep, while keeping my diet the exact same, I went from about 168-169 upon waking on average, to 175.0 this morning, no food, no water, just a couple minutes after waking up. Here are my after pictures:

These were taken this morning, no pump, no food, no water. I'm extremely impressed with the way this product works. I can see an increase in vascularity and leanness; again, work capacity and strength are up, going from my max of 315 front squat to 325 in just 30 days, my bench went to 275 to 275 at an RPE~9, and 250 for 4 reps, and using Jim Wendler's "projected max" calculator, that makes my one-rep Max projected to be ~283. My overhead press stayed relatively neutral, no big change there, and my deadlift increased in rep maxes, since my one-rep was not tested this month. I completed a set of deadlifts at 405 for 6 reps, no straps and no belt. My previous best was 4 reps.

I was always extremely hungry this past month. No matter how much I ate, I always became hungry soon after finishing my food. Besides a couple extra meals that I would throw in here or there, I tried to keep my diet the exact same as before- just to see how much weight gain I would have without increasing calories. I was impressed with the weight I did gain.

My sleep was better on this as well. I'm not sure if it's because of the product or if it's because I got a new mattress, but either way, my limited sleep that I was able to get was better than usual.

My favorite part of the product overall was the general sense of well-being. Confidence, sexual performance, and the "alpha feeling" were beyond amazing this month. I remember reading that a side effect of this would be a "viagra" effect, and that was definitely true. Definitely a big plus.

I recommend this product. It has definitely worked for me, and in a month or so I will most likely buy another bottle and keep it as a staple in my diet. My wife will be trying out a bottle soon as well, and it will be interesting to see how it affects her, seeing as she's pretty new to powerlifting/training hard. I expect some pretty great results.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. If you're skeptical, don't be, just buy a bottle and try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This sounds too good to be true... Is it anybody else here that even got close to this results?

All of the guys bulking i know of have gained considerable mass.
Many while losing bodyfat.
Ph/light ds like results for sure if you eat enough.
If you dont youll likely lose weight like the guys cutting.

Great review bro. Really solid gains in such a short time.
Pretty impressive. I love hearing these reviews and really appreciate you taking the time to run the log. Im interested in seeing how the fd2 will work for the wife!

Good job bro, this stuff rocks.
My wife will be starting this shortly and I can't wait to see the results as well
