Been taking Follidrone 2.0 for 3 weeks. I have been taking 2 caps at 4am and then my carb source at 5am, before my workout. I usually get about 20 min in and that hypo hits. I have tried Karbolic, Glycofuse, Cluster Bomb, oatmeal, you name it. I was getting ready to take the dosage down to 1 cap and decided to try GlycoMyx, which I usually use post. Damn, what a difference. No hypo at all this entire week. Today's workout makes it 6 days in a row with no hypo. I know a lot of people have had problems with this, so I thought I would share. These 2 awesome products are perfect together.
