Welcome all to my Epi-Andro log courtesy of Focused Nutrition :D

Dosing will be based off what YOU guys would like to see. In my past EpiAndro run I ran 6 weeks, 4wk @ 300mg, last 2wk @ 400mg. This run I'd like to run atleast 500mg or more, what's the highest dose you can run EpiAndro safely?

Started today, Day 1 @ 200mg. I'll be cutting on around 2.5k cal right now, will more likely be dropping b4 the end of this run (which will lead into an Epistane/EpiAndro run :D).

Starting Stats:
5'10, 175-77lbs (Will have stats up)
Top sets of key movements:
IncBP: 225x4/205x10
Leg Press: 4ppsX10 (deep)
Cable Row: 200x8

May seem a bit off compared to your typical big 3, but these movements are working great for me right now, and are allowing me to still build up these areas while giving a break from flat BP, back squats, and BB rows
 
People have run 1000mg and higher but I don't see a point in going that high. Up to 500 has worked well for me.
 
Thanks guys!! Can someone remind me the weekly update count? For week 1 I like to just give one update as results usually aren't too crazy..

Weekly weight average: 176.5lbs

Notes: Aggression in gym has been A1 already!!! Feeling the kick early (I've ran EA b4). Vascularity has increased (nothing crazy yet obvi), and feeling tighter/leaner. Stayed at 300mg thus far, will start 400mg wednesday for probably 1.5-2 weeks, before reaching 500mg as my end dose (maybe 600mg if I'm feeling frisky, as I'll be ordering more :D )
 
Bumped up to 400mg today (3/21). Results are still coming well, but I feel they haven't escalated yet (tho EpiA is a weaker hormone, mind you). Pumps vascularity and aggression are all awesome :D - which fortunately for me is my 3 favs :)

Strength seems to be up slightly, tho I do not train for strength, weights are feeling lighter.

BP is gtg, piss is normal color (2g water/day), libido THRU THE ROOF

Average weighin: 174.9lbs hit a low weigh-in of 173.8lbs this week as well.
 
Im now starting to notice effects of epi and im just shy of 3 weeks in. Granted im cutting.

Its a steady increase in both strength snd endurance, getting a few extra reps here and there and adding more weight to comounds.
 
Mate watch yourself on deep leg press. You will increase chance of injuries. Lower weight until legs are at 90 degrees than back up. Seen to many people injure thier back from deep leg press. Myself included. Enjoy your epiandro run. I'm currently cutting on epiandro atm and doing great. Diet and tracking macros and total calories is doing the real job though.
