Welcome all to my Epi-Andro log courtesy of Focused Nutrition 
Dosing will be based off what YOU guys would like to see. In my past EpiAndro run I ran 6 weeks, 4wk @ 300mg, last 2wk @ 400mg. This run I'd like to run atleast 500mg or more, what's the highest dose you can run EpiAndro safely?
Started today, Day 1 @ 200mg. I'll be cutting on around 2.5k cal right now, will more likely be dropping b4 the end of this run (which will lead into an Epistane/EpiAndro run
).
Starting Stats:
5'10, 175-77lbs (Will have stats up)
Top sets of key movements:
IncBP: 225x4/205x10
Leg Press: 4ppsX10 (deep)
Cable Row: 200x8
May seem a bit off compared to your typical big 3, but these movements are working great for me right now, and are allowing me to still build up these areas while giving a break from flat BP, back squats, and BB rows
